spooks Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 So the scoob is gone and knowing I cant really replace the power I thought well if im changing I have to be different so went small and hairdresser........ Meet my new car. Quick shots, not been cleaned. With my scoob not being used as much as it should and us wanting to get married, thought I would sell up and start a marriage fund. Hell it wont win any sprints but geez its a giggle with the roof down, handles like its on rails and roundabouts in the wet is great fun With the new shape scoob I dunno if/when I will return to the subaru fold, I love em (flaws and all) but I hope ya'all will still talk to me.
johnnyr6 Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 Looks nice m8, i've always had a soft spot for wee 2 seater convertables. As for not wining any sprints, stick a V8 in it. Johnny

st3ph3n Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 The MX5 is the soft top to go for if you can't afford that F430 Spyder. Which lets face it - if we all clubbed together we'd still be struggling. I think it's a great choice for something that will be properly fun Scott and should put a smile on your face.
boris b Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 Smart car you got mate.. Just remember i'll be on the look out for you driving with the hood down if it's not raining.. If it is up.... then a £30 ticket will come your way....

RS Grant Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 If I was the size of an MX5 driver then I'd have had one by now to see what all the fuss was about...... but I'm not, so I havent. Looks nice though, am I right in saying that the 1.8 comes with an LSD as standard?? Cheers, Grant
