Joe G Posted April 26, 2008 Author Posted April 26, 2008 Aye its got the twin scoll turbo and equal length headers. Was a bit weird at first driving a scoob without the flat four sound. But the sound that comes out the spec c when your giving it some is quite addictive!! Seano keep the spec c!! U know you want to
dipsy Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 You get used to the noise and twin scroll has some rasp when on boost .

Joe G Posted April 26, 2008 Author Posted April 26, 2008 Yeah once i get a full s/s sytem on it, it will be off to andy f for a remap. Then planning on suspension mods!! Just getting used to the dccd now! Excellent bit of kit when you figure out how to use it properly!!
scooby222 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 lovely car mate, that or an ra-r is my next step. which reminds me its lottery night tonight!

Though, I would change the rims to something a little less standard and a little more in keeping with the desirable nature of such a car, then with the suspension goodies and lowering it will look mega!
colzo Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Nice! Very nice indeed. IMO keep it looking standard.
mikeyb13 Posted April 28, 2008 Posted April 28, 2008 Stunning mate, Want one. Im saving my pennies, as it seems to be the only car to replace a Type-R with (Except an Evo) Cant believe Im looking for something faster already! Wanted an Bugeye RA until I saw it on the Quarter mile. Was a bit disappointed, expected it to blow me away! Where did you get it? Is it as fast as you expected?

Put it this way mikey, i had a 350bhp evo 5 a couple of years ago and this thing would piss all over it!! Bought it from a place in birmingham who had just imported it. Love white scoobs so had to be a white one. It was strange at first not having the flat four rumble but the noise that comes out the spec c with the twin scroll turbo and equal lenght headers is pretty addictive. If i was you id get one!! Highly recommended!!
mikeyb13 Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 Sounds fast enough to me! I now have a new mission in life, "Get a test drive of one of these" Then- Overtime, Overtime, Overtime
