Thanks for the welcome, I'm ashamed to say so far I have only got one pic of the Subaru and at that it's from a distance and not very clean, I'll have to do something about that though. Got plenty of Cossie pics, anyone got a guide on how to post pics, had a search but could'nt find anything and to be honest computers are'nt my best subject!!.

Morning and welcome Paul!

Classic looks great but it must have been hard giving up the Cossie.

Certainly looks a stunning well kept example.

Sure the Scoob will get the same treatment.

Nice scoob mate. Why did you get rid of the cossie??? Looks lovely!

You didnt sell it to someone in Ayrshire did you? A white 3 door rumbled past me the other day and theres not many around

Oh and welcome to the forum :D

The Cossie went because it never got used, it was just an expensive garage ornament. I always wanted one and was lucky enough to get one but it just never lived up to my expectations and if you think running a Subaru is costly try a 22 year old ford, the Cosworth badge puts a preimium on everything. So now its gone and I've got a fun car for the road (Went over the Duke's pass at Callender the other week, It was such a hoot I had to go back and do it again!!) and the left over money bought a fun car for the track. The car went to Dalkieth and is now back on its original plate.

Cheers, Paul T.

Always had a soft spot for the 3 door Cossie, and i'd be like yourself scared incase it got scratched etc.

But i think you've done the right thing by getting the Scoob, everyday driver with loads of fun!

Well the Cossie did 800 miles in 2 years and the Subaru has done 1200 in 6 weeks, It was definatly the right move!!.

Cheers, Paul T.
