4Hero
I've been scouring these shots, and there's something that I actually like The gap between the top of the tyre and the arch is much less than the 06/07 model, i.e., it sits lower. Link to comment
whitenuckleride
i think its a groer not sure on the type-r style spoiler though and the lexus lights are so chavtastic it hurts Link to comment
micra_wrc
yup, i still like the STi hatchback I prefer small cars anyway and i'm liking the front with the scoop and the flared arches tbh, i'll prob look at getting a Forester when its time to move on from the RA - havent ever owned a 'tall' car before and i liked the height of Gus's one, before he lowered it LoL Link to comment
craig mac
Can i havd a black 2 door please Link to comment
imprezapete
Its better than the WRX but then again thats always been the same for every year of WRX and STI. It still looks like crap and would only have one to sell it for the money Link to comment
ed-209
Sorry the answer is still no. It looks horid from the front. looks worse from the back. Still think it looks like a hyundai and bwm 1 love child. Link to comment
scoob fae ork
I'm going to be a bit controversial here, but I actually quite like it....... Ok then.... Its looking better every time i see it and what i see there is very nice. Link to comment

scouk
I think the new Impreza is like fungus... it grows on you.......... Love that comment!!! But true. the styling is starting to grow on me.. But still don't feel it's worthy of the Impreza name.. Maybe once I see a few on the road.. Silver works best IMHO.. Only because it's hides the gawd awful rear light cluster... Black has gone from one of hte best colours to Link to comment
gus the bus
yup, i still like the STi hatchback I liked the height of Gus's one, before he lowered it LoL WHAT! Imy they are floaty boats in standard ride height (even compared to a Newage Impreza ) now it handles like a proper car Anyhoo, the Sti is starting to grow on me Infact i might take that comment back as the front is very cluttered looking and those rear lights are just F****** mingin I suppose like every model of Subaru tho. things can be changed Edited October 9, 2007 by Gus the Bus Link to comment
555pmcn
It's never an impreza nevermind a STI WHY oh WHY !! Link to comment
oobster
Aye it's definitely starting to grow on me too - the silver is quite smart. I wonder when we'll see the first one in the UK? Early spring 08? If we didn't have mini-oobster on the way I think i'd be considering buying one. Link to comment

Black has gone from one of hte best colours to "But still don't think it's worthy of the Impreza name" Spot on mate, think that's what i'm worried about... The un-educated will see the new model, compare it with the likes of a Focus, and then put us all in the same bracket.. when we're clearly a long way from that ****e...... Link to comment
Richie Cross
From one angle, I quite liked it in silver but it still looks too much like a Mazda/BMW 1 series/Rover! I like the scoop being a separate entity as well rather than moulded in....if you get me? Liking the power and all the exhausts though! Looks amazing compared to the pictures of the WRX though!!! Even with the bonnet scoop, it just doesn't look fast or mean at all!!!! Will be sticking with my wagon for a good while yet!!!! Link to comment
st3ph3n
Oh man that 3 door is sweet. It's got a bit of a shooting brake sort of feel about it. Maybe even a bit of a bigger BMW M Coupe, and that thing was off the rails mad. Link to comment
oobster
Shirley a company will start selling redesigned rear lights and front grilles for these pretty sharpish. Link to comment
