    Nothing wrong with a classic .I had a my00 uk turbo for 5 half years from new .Don't like the look of the bugeye .Own a blobeye Jdm sti 05 which i like and have owned from November 2005 .I don't think i could go back to owning a classic no offence to classic owners and hawkeye is another good shape it would have to be a Jdm sti or spec c hawkeye for me

    I am sure the likes of Dingbro or anyparts place would sell circlip's like that size or any garage.I don't know how you go about measuring up for a circlip ie using like's of a vernier and if it goes by internal size not sure.The likes of draper and sealey do circlip assortment box just done a google search
