Dougster, Things are getting planned even if my wheels aren't fixed. Tino (Martin) will probably be my taxi, we can try & tie up a meet next week. What about Thursday 2nd October ? Say 7pm somewhere in the Stirling/Cumbernauld area ?

Welcome m8, Currently Teknopete, Kipper & myself have been pretty quiet in the organising departments recently so there's nothing regular. The most important meets in your area happen at Knockhill when the SIDC track days occur. No more planned for the rest of the year.

Looks like my turbo oil seals have decided to pop in a big way, hence my breakdown on Saturday afternoon. Got my old turbo ready to replace into car as a stop gap until I can get the blown one re-con'd.

My views IMO. Yeah people may get track days slightly cheaper, but the club does offer some other benefits (e.g. True Grip magazine, dealer discount (which can be a big help) other 3rd party discounts etc ). Plus this forum isn't intended to oppose SN.
