Stole my mates car which had his phone in it, then like the clever pillock he is uses his OWN phone to call numbers stored in my mates phone, feckin pondlife. Anyway, he calls my phone, I'm busy so he leaves a load of abuse on my answer machine. Real clever high brow stuff like "Ha I got ya mates car now go F**k ya mum" that type of drugged up chav drivvel. Now I could call him back and have a pointless conversation with him, which would probably just bolster his ego, I figured it would just be far more irritating if a load of random strangers called him and just said nothing. I reckon by the 50th call in an hour, he'll be pretty pi55ed off. Even if he turns his phone off, it'll goto answermachine so when he turns it on, he'll have a load of silent calls to answer and pay 10p for each of them. That is assuming he has any credit. It's exactly this type of scum that pi55es me off They should be locked up or beaten publically. Aye, will defo pass on the details of your car for you John... He also has a trade-in, so if he was buying privately, then he's either have to find someone willing to take his car plus cash or sell before he bought the Scoob privately. I've sent him a load of links to cars I've seen around the Owners Clubs/Autotrader so he can see how expensive the Dealer in Aberdeen is. Cheers, Grant

Haha, thanks for the suggestions for graphics.... I'm pretty sure that I'll go for them, but think its between Red and Green and Red and Blue.... Yea, he knows that they are expensive.. but I think his hope is that he can get them to knock off a decent amount. Gordon, he might be interested depending on price, however..... I think he'd prefer to go to a garage to take advantage of the finance option that they'd offer, but I suppose if your car was "keenly" priced then he may be persuaded otherwise!! Cheers, Grant

Thanks for the link mate, but I am indeed looking for Autometer rather than Autogauge stuff. In reality the gauges arent too hard to fit, but I wouldnt advise chopping/fitting stuff yourself if you arent sure what to do.... Best to pay a few quid to get someone to do it for you, or to try and find a local member with a spare hour or so on his hands. Cheers, Grant

Anyone have any ideas where is best (read: cheapest ) to buy Autometer Gauges?? I have an A/F Ratio Gauge and was wanting a matching Boost and Oil Pressure Gauge.. also, possibly an EGT gauge, if they do them!! Cheers, Grant

What benefit does an EGT gauge give you?? I know why you would use other gauges... but never really found out why an EGT is needed on highly modded cars, maybe I should have one on the Celica!? Cheers, Grant

A friend has been up looking at a couple of Impreza's which are at Town and County in Aberdeen. He's seen 2 that he's very interested in and was wondering if either of them used to belong to an SIDC member or if anyone from here knows the cars and some history behind them.
