  1. Haha, aye.... See, I knew there was a reason why you'd need them Peter!! Cheers, Grant
  2. Are you crazy!? Surely the ability to blow a mist of water all over your bodywork is too much of a temptation to ignore?! Cheers, Grant

  4. BIG difference there Gordon.... Cheers, Grant
  5. I'm not too sure Del.... was passing in the other direction at a rate of knots!! It had a tiny front plate, looked reasonably standard. Cheers, Grant

  8. Thats crazy... Can see the thinking behind it, but wouldnt have the self restraint to do it myself!! I think some Classic Imprezas will end up being valuable, but not many. Cheers, Grant
  9. Aye, that is surprisingly well priced... Must be chuffed with that!! Cheers, Grant
  10. I agree, that is a good price for alloys, nevermind the fact that they are coming with hi-spec tyres with thousands of miles left in them.. Good luck mate!! Cheers, Grant
  11. Over-spray on the WRX back box?! Cheers, Grant
  12. I agree with Ally, £1200 buys you an awful lot of replacement parts should a problem arise... Cheers, Grant
  13. I would say that a good torque spread is very important to make quick progress on the road.... specially down a tight twisty back road where you need something to launch you out the bends, so I would be happier having a higher torque figure than BHP figure to be honest. I would say that high BHP engines are more suited to the track where you'll be at 10/10ths all the time, hence keeping the car in the magical top 2-3k revs constantly. Cheers, Grant
  14. I cant believe the economy you're getting in that Sport..... Not too sure what D4WGY is getting in his to be honest. But I suppose 130bhp pulling round an Impreza with heavy 4WD etc.. its never going to be the most economical car around!! Cheers, Grant
  15. Yep, you're not wrong there Callum... There is just a bit more work to go, but should all be worth it in the end!! Cheers, Grant
  16. Thanks Wilky.. Yours isnt going to be shy either, very nice progress pics too. If you meant the other Grant, then I agree with that too, a Classic Scoob with a Turbo'd 2.2 is always going to be a winner for me!! Cheers, Grant

  18. Bit shocked myself.... However, if the man feels that this is the way to go then you've got to respect that decision. Best of British to you Dougster. Cheers, Grant
  19. Today in Dundee.... Bright Red MY99 Facelift Classic with, I think, Gold Super T's and Rally Swoosh on sides. Registration: R44 **W. Around 10.30am with a blonde passenger, you were 2 cars behind me coming off the Tay Bridge (White Celica). Cheers, Grant
  20. << JDM for me >> You sure you can live without the headlight washers you get on the UK STi's mate??! Cheers, Grant
  21. .....it wouldnt have been boost/fuel cut would it?? I know I've been hitting slightly higher boost than I'm aiming for on a couple of occasions recently, I put it down to the very very cold, dense air though. Cheers, Grant
  22. Surely the Dealer cant complain about how you choose to drive your new car.... can they?! Cheers, Grant
  23. What sort of ballpark you talking about?? Cheers, Grant
  24. .....they might think that a trip from 'slightly north of Dundee' to Paisley would be a little excessive to pick up Hammy, but I'll ask them anyway!! Cheers, Grant
  25. Those wheels look great.... never been a huge fan of the standard gold STi 17's but that looks like a completely different car now!! Cheers, Grant
