Had a MY00 with PPP. Put on centre decat pipe, straight through, no resonators or silencers. Sounded much better (IMHO[][]) and ran fine. Not much louder but the "burble" was more noticeable. Still had main cat in the downpipe so ok for MOT's too[Y]

I got a centre section from H+S, def no cats or silencers in that, what came off looked like it may have had a silencer in it but thats about it. Did make a slight difference, but car didn't feel right before so am wondering if there was a problem with the original part. am planning to head back this weekend and get what they call a "Newage cat pipe" which I believe is to replace the cat you are talking about. A much shorter pipe than the one you have in your boot. I took my stereo out (UK car, single din) then you can see down the back of the ashtray and cigarette lighter.

You could have a look at www.mytyres.co.uk then you just need to find someone to fit them. I was charged about £7 a tyre for fitting. Blackcircles is another site.

I reckon SAT 4N, or S4 TAN would get a few looks[6]

My lighter kept unplugging itself at the back. I took the stereo out, pushed the plug back on, tested it, worked no prob. Put the stereo back in, stopped working. Took out stereo again, plugged it back together.......................... Went through this about 5 times then gave up. I only wanted to use it for my phone in an emergency. Decided I knew what to do if the situation arose[]

Possibly the rally car just gone past my house, Frindsbury. I know it's pretty distinctive, but i only saw it from a distance for about a second. Red classic with roof scoop (open!!!!) loads of stickers?
