Managed 260 miles already, and only had the car since 3pm yesterday. []

Well how happy am I. Went to API yesterday and pic the scooby up. 3 months since I have driven her, just a shame I have to run rev limited for 1500 miles until the engine is broken in. [] Hope everything is well with everyone.

Evening dudes. Just got back from Ireland, I think my liver is broken from all that drink. Should be sober by the weekend. Got a quick question/plea for help. I need to move my car from Kirk Michael to Coventry. I have been told that I need to get the car put onto the ferry by a recovery truck, then taken off at the other end by a recovery truck. Just wondering if anyone knows someone who could do this at both ends. I have someone to pick the car up from Heysham and transport to Coventry but need to get it on and off the boat as a non-runner. Cheers

Just been speaking to API Impreza and the garage. Looks like it is going to be a lot more cost effective to get a new engine fitted. I really cannot be ar$ed with all this at the moment. I only have 1 week left and no time to sort these things. The heads are completely shot and seeing the engine over heated the crank will need checking etc etc. Lots of money. []

Well I had some possible good news from API Impreza. It turns out that depending where the cracks are I might not need to replace the heads but if they are cracked in other places they can supply them for £250 each rather than £840. Not a bad saving. Also if I am going to change the heads, total cost £1680, then they can supply me with a new engine with less miles on than mine for less than that. Hopefully it will all get sorted soon. []
