Just had a call from the garage. They have fixed the leak and were running the car to see if it was OK but it now looks like the head gasket has gone. It should be covered under the warranty, but I asked them when I took it in was it the head gasket and I was assured no.

Morning dudes, thinking about getting this if I have enough money when the car is fixed. Milltek What do you think? Had an update on the car, both the top and bottom hoses from the radiator are leaking, hence my loss of coolant. Should be fixed today and not too much of a huge bill.

Which dates are they over?

Afternoon dudes. No word on my car from the garage yet.

There was not much that could be done, it just need to cool down slightly so that I could add more coolant to the header tank.

Is that the power at the wheels or converted back to the fly wheel?

Yeah it was a good meet. Really nice to see a good turn out and some really nice cars. Shame mine started over heating on the way back. Dropped it into the garage, see what they have to say about loosing coolant.

The heating was working till early this week. Went out for a little run tonight and the thermostat started climbing quite high so had to stop 6 times between Crosby and Douglas just to keep the engine cool. Trying to get the car into the garage tomorrow, hopefully it will get sorted quickly but I don't think it will be ready by sunday, also hoping it will be covered under its warranty.

Well unfortunately for me I don't have the cash to swap the car, I don't even have the cash for the service so it will be going on plastic once I have got a new credit card.

Not sure what is wrong with the car. It has a very bad idle at the mo and sometimes the whole car will vibrate when the car has just been started, but it generally goes away after a few mins of driving. The heating has just stopped working and there is a lot of steam/smoke coming from the exhaust, but not sure if this is because the car is not properly warmed up. It is due for a service so going to get it in and checked out. Not really wanting to drive the car much at the mo just incase there is something wrong.

So is there any airgun clubs on the island, I have been having difficulty finding one. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Had a go of clay pigeon shoting at the weekend but would have a problem with a gun cabinet in the flat so would have to sort something else out.

Sweeeeeeeeet! >> I have been trying to find out information about the rifle/air rifle clubs on the island. The only ones I can find are two clay pigeon clubs and the rifle club near St. Johns. What other ones are there, where are they and what times/days are they open. Cheers dudes.
