See in the paper they are having another crack down on Number plates & insurance tax etc etc. Following a survey last month 600 cars where noted with illegal number plates Main problem appears to be the Black & Silver ones (pre 1990 only) Also it appears they are going to "Borrow" an ANPR camera!!
