  3. I never added anything Mark but my mate added a piece of elbow shaped ducting to the hole in the inner wing incase of any water getting near it.

  5. Nae probs Mark, Andy F advised me to remove it when i went for my last mapping session. No idea about performance issues is im no techy but the engine bay temps seem reduced slightly and it does give off an induction sound now. It didn't take too long to do either but i did have a wee problem with the captive nut (@ 12 o'clock) in the inner arch liner but easily rectified with a little patience. HTH's..

  7. Cheers Greig, It's hard to tell what extra noise it's making since i removed the bottom half of the airbox in the inner wing. And yes it's the little pipe from the Dv that's sheered off, no idea how it happened either. I dont think i'll drive it till i find out the score or find a replacement..[] Might have to get the bus to work on Monday [:'(]
  8. Looking @ a few options Frank. Dunc was talking of a few different ones so, I'll do a bit research into the various kits. Gus Couldn't decide myself what kit to go for Gus so i've got a set of DS2500 to go on in the mean time, I'll finish off fitting the mods i have just now and see how much ££'s are left in the budget before i start looking into it again. Cheers.
  9. Just noticed yesterday that the little pipe coming from the dv has broken off and the hose is obviously now not connected. Should i be driving the car like this ? Will i be doing it any harm if i do ? Hope someone can help as i'm not sure what to do.. Posted in the Wanted section too if anyone can help me source one. Cheers

  13. I was reliably informed to remove the bottom half of the air box in the inner wing to help it breath better..It was before i took the car to get mapped .

  16. My Classic was PFR6's standard and PFR7b's for mapping session.

  20. Anyone care to share the Group N settings ? I'm running 1 deg toe and 1.25 camber all round i think..( i'll check later ) What do you guys recommend .. ps: spoke to a guy from Prodrive and was told the their settings were slightly rushed when configurating and not ideal..[:^)]
  21. Geometry is a good place to start as the Standard set up is pants and not always accurate. I think the Prodrive settings were rushed through aswell , was told they're not spot on either. Better getting your own settings done.
