  1. Good point Alan, I guess if you wanted to put stickers back on you could stick them on before the lacquer is applied. I'm so tempted to get my brembos done the same as Frayz did his. Marc
  2. Unfortunately some insurance companies (mine) now state that if you say your car is garaged then you must put your car in the garage if you are within a mile of you home. So that prevents some members from offering up a space If I think of anyone that has a empty place I'll let you know.
  3. Nice looking but not a patch on your white hawkeye, I am biased though
  4. Had my Hawkeye for just over a year and my Scott Lowe Splitter is still in perfect nick, I've got Prodrive Springs fitted and run 18" OZ Ultraleggeras. Sounds like you would be better to go without it if you are worried about damaging it. Better safe than sorry. I know where I can and can't go in my car locally, so if I need to use some of the not so splitter friendly car parks I just take her indoors car
  5. Dale that camera definitely works, mate of mine got done because he is a donkey Basically he drove to work and the camera was pointing one way so on the way home he nailed it past thinking the camera would still be pointing the same way as the morning, unlucky for him they must have changed it during the day, so he got a little present in the post a couple of days later. He wont be making that mistake again
  6. No danger, you can trigger them to go off but they cannot get you.
  7. Past a WR Blue MY08 STi on my way home from Inverness on Monday, looked totally bland and the other half commented how boring it looked. Then just to make things worse I watched 5th Gear, how crap does it look without fog lights Just a big boring black plastic front end, I'll be keeping my money and spending it on my Hawkeye.
  8. Cheers everyone, had a great weekend up in Inverness. The hotel was fantastic as was the food, ended up filling the car at Keith on the way up but actually drove straight past the Shell garage on the way to the hotel I was actually surprised at how good the roads were on the way up, we were originally going to take the Porsche but looked at the forecast and took the scoob instead. It wasn't until we drove back to Aberdeen on Monday that there was any snow on the roads and that was after Keith. So all in all a good time up north
  9. Thanks Dave, I'll have to give it a try. PS does anyone actuall know the name of the Shell Garage as I did a search on the Shell site and when I googled it the fecker doesn't even exist whick is a shame as it was right round the corner from the hotel
  10. Yeah, staying at the Rockpool and eating at Abstract and the hotel. Anywhere nice for lunch you can recommend? PS Don't worry mine has gold wheels too
  11. Dave what do you kick about in so I can keep an eye out.
  12. Ah, didn't realise Sandy was from that neck of the woods.
  13. Perfect Dave, thanks for that. Keep a look out for me, I'll be in a white MY07 STi. Cheers Marc
  14. Did that already but there was no phone number.
  15. There must be someone from Inverness on here
  16. Heading up to Inverness for the weekend and just wondering if there is a supply of our favourite gogo juice up there? Cheers Marc
  17. Dale that was photos when Cal was test driving it yesterday he took it up to his house to see how much baby stuff could fit in the back
  18. I'd say that was an understatement
  19. I hear ya brother, see you Saturday
  20. Cal you know my thoughts, get that GB270 wagon ordered Natalie won't know the difference
  21. Cheers Gus, I'm always worried about breaking things
  22. BBS RE are the ones you want, I think BBS went t1ts up so not sure how easy it will be to get them.
  23. I've been looking for one for my 07 STi but the AC hose gets in the way. The Perrin one on the flat4 site looks nice but it's £200.
  24. Andy if you go and register on Aberdeen Scoobies we've got something organised for this http://aberdeenscoobs.forum5.com/
