  3. Found this website while having a mid-afternoon surf, thought some of you might find it interesting... http://www.107.peugeot.co.uk/peugeot.swfhttp://www.107.peugeot.co.uk/peugeot.swf'>
  4. Seems a daft regulation if you ask me - after all, you could drive about with really dark sunglasses on & it would have just the same effect.
  5. Martin, I used Magma in Bathgate to do mine. Wasnt there when they done the car, but i'm fairly confident they DIDNT take the windows out, and the job is perfect. No bubbles at all. Think they charged £50 per window though. The law states: Section 32 of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations have been amended to include "Window Tint Films" where such materials attached to the glass are capable of reducing the Visible Light Transmission of forward windows to below prescribed levels (70% VLT for windows forward of the 'B' pillar) Basically, i dont think your allowed to put ANY film on the front side windows. A 'friend' got pulled last year and I (erm, i mean HE) got told his front windows were illegal but fortuntely they were only handing out advice that night.

  7. Got filled up no probs (99.9p per litre though) @ Shell Whitburn
  8. Also used Scott Lowe a few times - excellent service. The flaps are expensive, but not as bad as the proper prodrive ones @ >£300 a set. I've got a set of Scott Lowe ones on mine and they are good.
  9. Looks braw Jon. Fancy doing the same to my motor for a fiver? []
  10. I'd love a MK1 or MK2 'scort - some of those pics are awesome. This site - - also has some classic pics you can use for your desktop wallpaper - a couple of subaru ones if you search thru his galleries, he does the work for Litchfields website etc.
  11. I'm hoping to travell down to Kaimes early doors on the Sunday morning, and travel with the convoy up to Perth maybe? or perhaps Pitlochry? Maybe further, will decide at the time probably.

  17. Was still half asleep but i'm sure i caught a glimpse of you heading Edinburgh-bound at about 8.35am this morning, just passing the Duntisland Quarry. By the time by brain worked out it was a dark-coloured scooby on the other carraigeway it was past, but i think i recognised that rear spoiler of yours.

  20. Snap - never read it all but some class comments there! The Aussie 'bird' they are discussing - anyone want the full set? []
  21. That was a sore one Matt Neal got @ the end of the 3rd race.
  22. I'm always waving @ fellow scooby owners, mostly find that it's the classics who don't wave back. Spotted a nice bugeye STI @ braehead yesterday, parked-up. It was that shade that looks black but when the sun hits it, it's like a dark metallic blue. Was an 02-plate. Anyone on here?
  23. Looks a cracker Imy [Y] Well done & hope you have many miles of happy motoring in it []
