Sorry to hear about this, I hope the police can act swiftly and have the culprits spending some time at Bar-L before too long.
Glad to hear your relatively unscathed though.

Jeez, thats a nightmare Mark. I hope you get it back in the same condition it was in, and I hope whoever stole it dies a slow, lingering painful death.

Lovely RS2000.
Some excellent pictures in this thread, looks like it was a cracking day. I was intending to come up for a wee while but got dragged pram shopping instead [

Nice pics as always Neil [Y]
I really like that peppermint green RX7 with the white wheels

Why not go for a WRX - slightly cheaper to insure. Then after a couple of years go for an STI.
For 10K you could get a really well looked-after blobeye WRX - there might be a nice red one for sale shortly [

The thread starter seen a few seconds peek too!
Most of what I have been impressed with has the enthusiasm, excitement and some small hints at what some of the new features might be when on conversations on MSN andy.
So relax.

It was literally a few seconds andy, no more.

I've had a brief glimpse of SIDC 2.0 and I am sure andywrx & st3ph3n's efforts will be appreciated by all. Well, apart from our resident troll but then he/it's opinion doesn't count!

Good program - I liked the credits at the end where everyone was Sir Ranulph - Sir Ranulph Hammond, Sir Ranulph May etc - superb [Y]

I'm bored, so did a bit of hunting about on the tinternet.
Avon & Somerset police website says: "If the vehicle is not Taxed and the MOT is out of date then the vehicle
can only be towed to a pre-booked MOT at an official MOT testing
station."So, no - if the car being towed isn't MOT'd then you can't tow it to Knockhill

Very nice Dave [Y]

Ooh forgot about that Andy...Any plans on what you're gonna go for ?
I went sensible and got an Octavia vRS.
Nice car [Y]
Dunno what i'm going to go for - something cheap & cheerful for a while.
-
Sad times - it'll be my turn in the next 2-3 months to sell my scoob too [N]
Still, not nice to see your pride & joy go.

I've only got this pic Jenna - are you in this one?

Nice one Andy [Y] - where's the rear spoiler though? [

Happy Birthday Brian [Y]
Did you get any mods for your birthday?

As previously said, open a photobucket account, upload the photo to there then use the [ i m g] tags inside the post here and it should display
Welcome to the forum by the way. [Y]

Hi Mark & Welcome to the forum [Y]
Looks a very clean wagon - just a wee suggestion for a quick & reasonably cheap mod - change the orange indicators for clear ones & colour-code the orange wedge under the front bumper indicators - should make a nice wee difference to the front end [Y]

Oh no! Not ANOTHER newage to classic convert!
Looking forward to seeing the pics Craig [Y]

Whats my car worth - 03-plate Blobeye WRX
in Scottish Scoobies
Posted
As above.
Car was first registered in March 2003 and I am the third owner on the V5 (S&S registered it as they used it as a demo car for a month before the 1st proper owner bought it).
Car has done approx 43,500 miles and is MOT'd until end of March 2008. Tax only has 2 months to go though.
Full dealer service history (S&S and Ian Grieve) + 2 interim 5K oil & filter changes @ Hypertech.
Paid £3.50 online for a Glass valuation and it came back with a figure WAY below what I was expecting.
For reference, Eden Subaru in Fife have (or did have last week when I last checked) a March 03 Red Blobeye WRX with 43K on the clock for £11,995. It's got the PPP kit fitted though, but otherwise looks completely standard.
Cheers in advance for the opinions.
