Just been having a look through parts for sale. Came across a few folks selling ecu's. One from a V2 type R and a V4 type RA. Would it be worth getting something like this to put in my Uk turbo. Or go through someone like Andy F for the whole lot. Also saw a set of yellow injectors but not sure wot they come off?

I got my box Re-conditioned with new parts. 3rd/4th gear sets went plus the bearings. I got mine done at a dealer and didn't have much change out of 1k. At the time got an uprated clutch and flywheel from Rodger Clark.

This was a few years back now. But that was what I was told by The Traffic police. Was normally 3pts and £60 up to 25mph over then It could be a court appearance. Usually driving without un-due care and attention or dangerous driving. As i said this was a few years back and I dont know if this applied to all types of road. If it does then thats a very big difference between a 30 limit and a motorway.

Should just be the 3 points and £60 like most folks have said. Usually 25mph over the speed limit meams a nice day out in court.

Very nice mate. Wot springs did u fit to the car. I put eibachs on a few months back. Wasn' t as impressed as I thot I'd be.

Wot about a trip to the Nurbergring. A few people have mentioned going. I managed to go twice last year. Its an amazing place.

Have just recieved my brand new road angel navigator through the post. Not had anything like this before so hopefully going to be good. Seems to have had good reviews so far. Just registered it over the web should take a few days before its all up and running. Has anybody else used one before?

Was just wondering if anybody here was racing with Stuart Pollocks group on Saturday afternoon at Raceland. There was a thread a few weeks back. Had originally been booked as part of the Scotish Elieses. Had been considering iit if there was still places left.

Think it happened about two nights ago. Youngs recovery picked it up.

If it was a dark blue classic think I know who it was. He lives in Haddington but not from here. Think he lost control and hit a tree or telegraph pole.

New copy of Japanese Performance has a section on stroker Scoobies vs Evos This was done at Brunthorpe when he put in the 199mph top speed run. Andy finished top in both top speed and 1/4 mile times. Norris Designs Evo looks a serious bit of kit to!

Ian If you were missing the whoosh that much I have a forge motorsport valve. I had the same problem to begin with. They supplied me with a harder spring to sort the problem out. I did eventually buy the HKS BOV. The offers there if you want it. Cheers Graham.

I could possilbly arrange something at my work. Have a Karting event then have all the cars on the track for a photo shoot. Know its not really a massive distance to go for some folk. Just an idea though. Cheers Graham

He is on a Sunday. But not with the Car Cleaning Company. Before he set up that company he worked with us. So hes back part time as well as the Cleaning company. He definately has a rare talent. Sounds good. Hopefully the frost will have gone by then. Had the car round the track on Saturday morning to melt it before the morning group. Grovit and the type r boys were here in the afternoon. Our very own Cal made an apperance to. Had left befor you finished. How'd you get on this time? If anybody is thinking about organising for January and doesn't want to brave the weather. We have brand new Sodi Karts on our indoor track. This has aslo been re-designed. Cheers Graham

The limit seems to be 96dB when you ask anyone or read up on it. My car measured 99dB at 3000rpm. As it was under 100dB they let me back out. (RESULT) But dont want to take the chance this time. Not sure if the weather conditions or the way the car is performing on the day would affect the noise levels
