  1. Attractive blonde female in silver x-reg classic with morettes early afternoon near the Blendon roundabout. And the asian guy again in the stickered up newage a little later near Welling Way. He didn't acknowledge me but then again he never has - I think his head is inserted too far up his rrrrrr to even notice another scooby
  2. but then people in Banbury probably don't have a sense of humour. Do that in the Gillingham store and no one would notice anything wrong
  3. Duck walks into a pub. . . . .got any bread? Barman . . . . no Got any bread? No Got any bread? No Got any bread? No Are you sure you haven't got any bread? Yes Got any bread? No. . . . ask me again and I'll nail your beak to the bar, you irritating little bird! To which the duck replied. . . . Got any nails? NO! says the barman Got any bread?
  4. Over the past few years have been into Europe on numerous occasions and generally feel the main roads and those through town are better than ours - its not often you see contractors digging up the road - perhaps its all down to the stuff they surface the roads with - doesn't fall apart like ours? They also seem far more organised at dealing with repairs - advance warning about delays, bollards down, repair, gone.
  5. Those ORANGE wheels in Welling again
  6. Hmmm, wonder if thats the silver stickered classic I saw the other day near home - not more than a mile or two from SE2 postcode?
  7. . . . can do your eyes whilst your waiting
  8. Bob was in Swindon in 2007 when he remapped my car from his home - the invoice shows the address to be 50 Capesthorne Drive, Swindon SN25 1UR phone 0208-332 7534 email rbr@brdevelopments.com. When I went he was very busy - he was doing 3 more remaps that day - so would suggest you perhaps call in advance as he's probably just as busy now
  9. Milamber from Essex Scoobies is a Solicitor although not sure of his specialism - you'll find the Essex club forum via Scoobynet. Am sure that if its not his field he can point you in the right direction. Good luck.
  10. Have left seat with Granby so perhaps someone could pick it up and pass on to Swifty for me? Thanx
  11. Guide book left with Granby to pass on
  12. Silver grey W reg classic being driven by lass (with littl'un in back?) on A2 London-bound near M25 at about 5pm tonight. Black stickered classic in Swingate Lane at around 5.30 just thumped over speed table
  13. If Granbys still going will drop guide with him to relay on - Dunks is only down as a provisional, anyone else going that lives your way?
  14. Anyone live near Swifty? Need to return child car seat and wondered if someone could collect from Wharf tomorrow?
  15. Anyone need a brand new filter - its Subaru part no 16546AA020 - thought I'd stick it on here before the 'for sale' section
  16. Didn't think anyone would ever own up to those orange wheels - what's the top colour going to be
  17. I'm willing to go halves on this latest potential credit-crunching money-making scheme! No one else has spotted it yet Ian so there's a chance we'd get away with it
  18. Missing a trick here Ian - you should make it £22.17 combined and scam 21pence from everyone
  19. Silver newage parked off Upper Wickham Lane yesterday - with bright orange wheels
  20. Barrack Obama. . . . . . 1st black President of the US Tiger Woods . . . . . . . . possibly the worlds greatest golfer Lewis Hamilton . . . . . . 1st black formula 1 champion Michael Jackson. . . . . . must be gutted
  21. Difficult to know what you're after and what to recommend - we spent a long weekend there in June 2007 and did the Eiffel tower (although we queued for hours) the Louvre, a late afternoon/early evening cruise along the Seine which gives you a great view of Paris from the river. We also spent time just strolling around the Ile de la Cite which is the two-island area near Notre Dame. Got the Lonely Planet travel guide which you can borrow - if you're going to the club meet on Friday I'll see if Granbys going and can relay it over? Failing that, I'm down to my parents in Hoo on Thursday morning if thats any help? Let me have a pm
  22. Working this weekend, so unlikely
  23. No, accident was only 3 weeks ago and cars already back on the road. Keith Michaels use a firm of solicitors to deal with claims so it seems they okay everything then do all the running around - as the other party was a bus, the driver really didn't have a case which made it that much easier
