Points being missed here too - new age cars are more expensive to insure than a standard UK Turbo 2000. And some companies impose special conditions on new age car insurance ie L&V - 25 and over for a classic, 30 and over for a new age. A bit unfair that Stevo is almost accused of inciting panic - he is not the only one having the same problem - see Scoobynet and Scoobycity for similar stories in the last 2 weeks. Also, MANY people pay over £1000 for insurance and prefer to declare all their mods to stay fully legal.
All the best Stevo.

Keith - enough ramblings thanks - no need for a PM Cal
Good choices though - a Blobeye WRX or a Bugeye STI. See the thread below.

Hello all,
It is one year to the day since I picked up my WRX from D*IVE Subaru. It has been a fairly intensive ownership experience, sometimes feels like 10 weeks since I got it, others 10 years
I hope this next year is a good year for it - no white vans, no bikers, no anything else!!!!

Hello all,
It's been one year today since I picked up my WRX and it does not seem like a year - sometimes like 10 years, sometimes like 10 weeks
Hope the second year is a good one for it No white vans, bikers or anything else heading its way

Hello all,
Took a few pictures of the work of the Wax Wizard today - they are not great as the car was in the garage but you get the idea. Te engine looks great - started off covered in the Subaru Wax sprayed all over the engine, covered in all oil an grime. Gleaming new looking - the pictures really do not do it justice. Oh yeah - and a gratuitous one of my 195,000 miles Nissan Primera diesel looking unusually clean - it was treated by the WRXMANIA Wizard (about 3 weeks ago )
Well done to Mark for some excellent work on the car - don't want to drive it now incase it gets dirty (the weather is horrible here)
Anyone else feel free to post up some pics of their cars "wizarded".
