Jim you need to repair that rad I gave ya bud. The bit at the top DOES need to flow properly otherwise it will overheat. Same problem with that one as when I took it out it was doing the same thing. New rad in and it solved it Will search for another one for you. Little fluckers Neil, sorry to hear that mate
