Nothing major there mate. << And going from 4th to 5th crunches everytime but only once warm. If I double clutch it up its better but still there slightly >> Ah right! This might NOT be a syncro problem though it still could be... On the 99 onwards classic boxes sometimes one of the nuts becomes loose and becomes a PITA. Remove and refit the uprated item from Subaru and it cures it. Worst case if it is the syncro it is a £300 job for removal, fix, new nut on anyway and all back in. So not a fortune really.

Whats actually wrong with your boxes guys? Crunching gears? Crap syncros or not? £900 you can get a used box for alot less than that. Unless you have the DCCD. THen it becomes expensive

NGKs all the way mate. Get some 7's I think and gap them to 0.6mm as we are upping the boost. Any issues regap to standard 0.7mm.

Evening dudes! Engine is in the Type R now, just needs the ancillaries putting back on and sweet! So much Samco on this engine it is unbelievable. Almost every hose is Samco Red. Brings a whole new idea to er... seeing red! Can't post pic in this bloomin forum.... Ah well Chicken Kebab and Potato Wedges tonight yummmmmy!

Its advertised for business reasons as want to see how much they go for. Been offered some Jap Spec ones cheap. Its just E-SVA......

Some WRX Heads I know I know im too good.... (Heads swells) Still awaiting head gaskets for the Type R.... Bugger. Aim is once the Type R is across come back when it is warmer and we can get some stuff done on the cars. I.E Jims car running properly and mapped, Dave K mapped and Type R tweaked Dave - White and no sugar please

Ran quite a bit of boost on the Type R and head gaskets arn't up to the job New ones coming from Australia which should cope with the increased boost and ARP Head Studs which should keep everything sweet.
