I was just thinking that myself Andy. That was a good weekend that. Was offered a new job on the Friday (which I'm currently in and still loving) and then went the run on the Sunday which was an absolutely cracking day. We'll need to do one up that way again next year and try and get another group photo.

As ashamed as I am to admit it I prefer just a wee touch of the understeer as I think my talent runs out around the point where the oversteer says hello in any meaningful way. I know with more practice I'd be better, but coming from a background of front runners it is where I am more comfortable. I do feel a bit more comfortable with a bit of oversteer after a bit of slideways action last Saturday in the rain []

Speed is relative. 30 down the main street is sometimes even too fast, but then 90 on the motorway can be achieved without any dramas at all. Ally, I've followed you a few times and yes you can drive pretty damn quickly, but I would never say you were taking risks. Other traffic is given plenty of consideration, as is the conditions.

It entirely depends on which area you are looking at as to the quality and "uptodateness" of them.

Gareth, the black one is mine. It's a MY05 WRX with a couple of mods. Performance wise it still has the up and down pipe cats in place, but from there back I have the 3rd cat deleted, an unresonated centre and an H+S Backbox. It's lacking a bit of poke compared to the big power STIs, but it handles nicely on the track after a fairly cheap set of suspension upgrades. It was suffering on the brakes on Saturday too. Lot of judder after about 4 or 5 laps out which I thought was a warped disc. I've also completley killed one of the rear pads, but they've done 35K with 6 or 7 trackdays! New front discs and pads and new rear pads getting done on tuesday thanfully. What car were you in?

I've used Hypertech loads with great success Del. They'll stamp your book no probs as the main dealer doesn't need to for keeping your warranty alive (if you still have one that is).

That's GTR-700 from exvitermini.com. The website gives it away obviously but I'd recognise that skyline anywhere. I've watched that site for years to see the progress of the cars but it's not been updated in ages. The state of tune it was running in there is an older one. It became a pure drag monster and ran an 8 something I think.
