  1. Yes. I believe it's £4.99 a month to get the updates, or you can pay a one off or yearly fee that works out cheaper. It's quite a good looking unit. Much nicer than my classic road angel.
  2. Now that's more interesting. I'd still need to spend £70-80 on a 60gb+ 2.5" drive though. Bookmarked for my later perusal I thinks. I've got my creative zen 60gb player hooked up to my pioneer but it's rubbish as the zen only has headphone out and not line out so the quality isn't great. It also has to be controlled from the player rather than from the headunit like the iPod + adaptor scenario.
  3. Oh, that's not a bad price indeed. 20gb though. Not enough for me.
  4. Wheels don't match the graphics, I agree with that. Flaps are a great visial mod for the price. The Scott Lowe ones are very good. It does look a little bit like it's on stilts at the moment. The flaps can help that, but prodrive or Tein springs will sort it out better. It might just be because it's new and hasn't settled yet.
  5. Unfortunately yes. Having said that - the standard HU is utterly gash so you should have removed it anyway. The rockford thing doesn't look that great value. What you'd be best with is a decent headunit with an iPod adaptor and an iPod to plug into it.
  6. Cal, they're changing the name. An announcement is expected on the website soon apparently, and the new issue will be arriving fairly soon. ALLEGEDLY!
  7. Neil, the standard doesn't have an input so you would be looking at getting a new one. What device is this that you're looking at BTW? Sounds very interesting.
  8. Costco have Snooper S6 for £100 + Vat. Damn good price. Nearly bought one myself to replace my road angel which is a bit chunky and old hat looking. You know me with the shiny gadgets.
  9. Good pictures. I must have turned up after they were taken.
  10. It's never too early for a fusilier.
  11. It's 3 year now as it's the pan-european one. There was some issues with it last year but it's all cleared up now. Their sales people are a bit hit and miss. Bit like most garages really. The guy I dealt with was really good. Forget his name now though. A previous one tried to sugar coat everything to push for a sale but this one just told it like it was and didn't pressure for a sale. I didn't have any trouble and a mate went to them for his WRX and was also fine. I'd certainly go to them again without hesitation.
  12. The cat 1 is not standard on them, so litchfield probably fit them when they get them, as well as the Trackstar. Someone like motorpoint will add it on as an extra from the quoted price. You'd have to be nuts not to get them fitted!
  13. The l'aunsport rear win in CF is £1400 imported last time it came up in conversation.
  14. Neil, I bought mine from motorpoint and I can't complain. I will certainly buy a euro import again.
  15. Looks the part. I certainly noticed a difference when I got the Cusco front brace on mine.
  16. What a nightmare Davie. Hope you get it fixed soon mate.

    Hi

    Good on you Fee!
  18. Just for you martin - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1...q=mines+skyline I NEED that Skyline.
  19. I can't say that I particularly provided any technical insight either, but the hardware always comes in useful! I use the R-Vit as my boost gauge for the most part, or to scare myself silly watching intake temps in traffic. It really does come in handy if you think you've got some issues though. Anyone else needs it hooked up just give me a shout at a meeting and I'll unhook it from mine.
  20. Up yours skinny!
  21. Are the UK cars coming with free PPP now? I have an 05 from Motorpoint and I've had no problems so far. Would use them again without problem. Oh yes, but the trade-ins they offer aren't good, but they wont try and hide that. I was told that by the salesman. Their finance isn't great too. Just get a bank loan instead.
  22. Firstly I have to apologise as I've completley forgotten who Wilky and Karps and myself were helping out this evening at the meet. I can't even remember if I caught your name. ANYHOO, I hooked the R-Vit back into mine and did a reset. I was peaking at 1.20 bar/hkpa of boost, and with foot to the floor ignition was holding steady at 16 degrees. For anyone that's interested R-Vits can be had here- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-JDM-BLITZ-R-VIT-...1QQcmdZViewItem Or there's a new Greddy one here - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-GREDDY-INTELLIGE...oQQcmdZViewItem I quite like the greddy one actually.
  23. He's not go lockers. Just the regular ones
  24. There are some good wideboy kits for it, but the rear looks a bit naff really. The Cusco JGTC cars work well in wide.
