Ally B will have info for you. He has an new age STI8 scoop on his I think. It certainly looks fearsome.
Also, remove the picture from your signature. Against the forum rules, and good taste.
That's great news Phil. I'm sure most people would rather have seen it in Scooby Mag for obvious reasons, and I'm sure we still hope that Jon can maybe get something sorted out as he's a sound guy and it was a great product he had.
A big thanks to him for giving True Grip the article though.
EEEEP. Just changed the brake fluid quite recently so don't need that done, but the rest will need done.
Those defis don't look like the best purchase to have made on reflection!
Hard to believe it's came round already, but I do have a stupid commute, and a penchant for a long detour.
So is the 30K one special? Plugs, belts, random other items?
You did the same as me Kev. I bought them, took one sniff at the instructions and then repackaged them and took them to a wee garage to have them fitted.
A wise choice.
Floaty light! Are we going to run with that then after my use about your wheels Grant? I'm liking it.
Double Zero, does the bonnet flex and shimmy like a right bastart at speed on the motorway like the regular ones do? It wouldn't be the first time I've been bombing along the taxiway preparing for a wangan run and found myself pulling over just to check everything was safely fastenned down.
It's shocking. The guy's picture is on the BBC and he's taken a fair smack to the eye.
Whoever did this should be ejected into the north sea never to return again.
Good natured banter is all well and good, but this is a million times over what's acceptable.
If the car is mapped for 98/Optimojo then there's no need to run it with booster. Unless you're intending giving it some major beans or taking it for a visit to the track. Then you might want do add some just to ensure more protection against the dreaded det and ignition retardation.
If it's mapped to run with booster then you better get some.
My old man was chucking away some now retired celery 300 machines at the dump the other day and he was telling me there was flat panels and everything getting chucked.
Ye cannae give computer equipment away these days. The schools used to take it, but if it's not bleeding edge they'll tell you to shove it now.
So I just hoarde it. You never know when an IBM Netvista server with 2 fans that make the scoob seem quiet might come in useful.
