  1. The white on black is nice, but it'll feck your printer surely? Unless you can get black paper and white ink. Do they do that? I don't know. Most of this info needs to go on a Scottish Scoobies website, but we don't have one as such. Maybe even a "sticky" for new members to read including a run down of what's on.
  2. Should we have them in local translations too? "Awrite bawjaws. Nice scoob. Get yerself alang to www.scottishscoobies.co.uk before ra big man kicks yer **** in" Oh and they look good. I've got some in the car that spooks gave me at Knockhill and will be dispensing them to any I see.
  3. Just watching my back Dougster. I can't very well bad mouth them as I'm sure it'd be against some part of my contract.
  4. For national security reasons I'm talking about someone not in the news [] Sorry Brian. You'll not need a warranty anyway. It's a toyota.
  5. Possibly. I thought he meant an Impreza. I stand to be corrected. I agree though - works on some cars, but wouldn't do it on an Impreza.
  6. Standard 4 pots on an 05 WRX. So they're stopping a heaver beast than 4 pots on a classic too. You lot want to try going round corners like men, and not scrubbing off all the speed. And I never hit that wall. I just got VERY VERY VERY close to it.
  7. In my first stint with our nations unicameral legislature, my office was just along from the tanned one. He used to say "aw'right big man" if I bumped into him in the corridor. Sound as a pound, but it would seem a legendary swordsman to boot.
  8. I heel and toe. Maybe not as quickly as that. But I've been doing it since I had my Vectra. It's not that hard.
  9. Great roads up your way Craig. Newmains to Carluke then onto the A721 then hang a left onto the 706 then back on the A701. Get yourself along to the Glasgow, Edinburgh or Central meets when they happen.
  10. Chipped. That'd be your problem. Chips = shite.
  11. $1.2 Million, or £650K + UK Taxes. So £800K is probably not too far off. Tom Cruise is a fanny.
  12. Welcome to the club.
  13. That one Peter's posted looks fantastic in motion. Not so sure about the gold wheels, might work better with something else. DC are doing some driving shoes soon. The make their regular shoes in clown sizes for people like me, so hopefully I can get a pair.
  14. What you doing anyway davie? Some of us work a 37 hour week you know. Or should I say some of us are contracted to be in the office for 37 hours a week.
  15. You're writing cheques your body can't cash slo2. Smokey and the Bandit on stage would be the best thing ever surely.
  16. Indeed I would not. Welsho, did you know there's a live stage version of Top Gun on at the Fringe Festival this year? Yes, you've read that right. TOP GUN LIVE ON STAGE! I'm going to go see it with some of my work colleagues.
  17. The life of a desk jockey. It's great. [] Not as easy as these teachers and lecturers though. Now there's a cushy number.
  18. Ahhhh. 10 past 9. That's much better. Feel vaguely human again.
  19. Pumpherston with some guys I used to work with. 2nd in the stableford. ****ed up my back nine or I would have won as I only missed out by a point.
  20. PPP should give you better consumption in normal use due to improved torque. If you've giving it some beans in any state of tune then just don't look at the consumption, it's not what the game's about. Welcome to the club. Watch out for the meetings in Glasgow, usually first thursday of the month at the Brewers Fayre in Hillington.
  21. Did you see this too - http://www.autoblog.com/2006/07/10/goodwoo...colin-mcrae-r4/ Check his website too.
  22. Quality Grant.
  23. THAT IS ALL
  24. There was another thing recently called, I think, one lap of America where tuned sports cars were driven to various tracks across America and had to do times there and then, then move onto the next track. It was Vermont who prepared the Subaru for Ken Block of DC Shoes in that. It's him and Travis Pastrana of X-Games freestyle motocross fame that drive their Group N rally cars for Subaru America. Seem like a pretty well respected organisation if Subaru America trust them to build their official cars. I do like the blue on blue camo I must admit.
