  1. Honestly wasn't having a go at anyone in particular. I'd been thinking about it last week, so it wasn't strictly in response to the two Craigs. (It's goodnight from me. And it's goodnight from him) I'll see if Community Server know of any ways we can get a visual indicator. They have a good forum where I can ask!
  2. I will look in to the problem and see if Community Server can offer anything.
  3. The Scottish Section is getting bogged down with Posts containing nothing more than FAO Person and then content of I touch goats. It's getting to be quite annoying and a few people have mentioned to me via PM or MSN that it's annoying them and can anything be done. I can understand why people do it of course. There's nothing flashing to say you've got a new PM and I don't know about everyone else but my email alerts don't appear until sometimes 12 hours or more after the PM has arrived. So can I ask pretty please that I touch goats posts are kept to the VERY minimum. I'm sure everyone can just click the PM button when they visit the forum and see for themselves if they have a message or not. I'm not having a go at anyone in particular as I've done it myself. That said, abuse, suggestions and banter are always welcome via PM, email or where. Stephen
  4. lol Keep it the way it is Brian.
  5. Broken Radiator on the Saturday race. Not sure about today, but he was certainly not at the top end of the field.
  6. I've got a device which calculates G-Force and 0-60 times using accelerometers. It will tell you WHP. Anyone's more than welcome to have a shot of it if they can make the sucker mount stick to their window. Just needs to be plugged into the Ciggy socket. Not sure how accurate the readings are of course, but the RPM calibration and 0-60 times are pretty accurate.
  7. What web browser are you using Russs, and are you pressing quote or copying the text?
  8. Do share.
  9. The rallycross from a few weeks back is on right now on motors TV. Think I spotted Col on the inside of the rallycross hairpin. Also - the blonde girl that hosts this rallycross program gets two thumbs up [y][y]
  10. Detonation AKA Pinking AKA Pinging AKA Engine Knock. Basic explanation - engine gets so hot that the petrol and air mixture ignites under compression before the spark is fired.
  11. I'll get my graph up as soon as I get a wee shot of the scanner on the other PC. I got a correction of about 121% of WHP = Engine.
  12. Great. Kubrick's got nothing on you.
  13. Hurry up Squirrelberg.
  14. It's mapped to 1.7 but hit only 1.4 on the rollers. Possibly needed a higher ramp rate. We're getting into areas where my knowledge drops off like a dodgy torque curve!
  15. Wuz, Peter made 360. I'm sure he'll be along later to digest the details.
  16. Boioioioioioioing. Anymore for some good grub at Peter's? 7:30 kick off.
  17. I went to present Wilky with the whisky as a complete Joke and somehow ended up as official Prizemaster. Did the S2000 turn up eventually seeing as that's what I drew.

  19. Craig Mac won best BHP for the new ages with I think 380. Wilky made 420, but the car was bouncing on the rollers even with 2 sets of straps. Can't remember the torques though.
  20. Fantastic day out. Very pleased with my numbers 248/232 with good strong curves. Plus it sounds GREAT and I'm well chuffed. Congrats to Craig Mac and Wilky for their respective victories. I humbly hold my hands up and admit that I didn't think Craig would have beaten Peter, but it's a testament to the excellent work of BHP Developments and Andy F's mapping. Plus it's one MEAN sounding car with those headers. Wilky - that car is insane. It wanted to break free of our earthly shackles and launch itself to the heavens, and it has the power to do so. Playsatan2 - great figures also. A fantastic car only beaten by something truly unique. Spooks, Dastek, The Tea Ladies - The day was really about the charity and I hope we raised a fortune. Well done to yourselfs for organising and running the day. Everyone else that turned up - hope you all had a blast. See you all next time.
  21. I'll be there. I got the taste for them again at the last one.
  22. Cal the whiteline gear is a must have next. The droplinks and a proper geometery setup are easily the best mod for the car and improve the handling by so much. Your figures are interesting indeed. I just made 248/232 with 3rd cat deleted, unresonated centre and H+S Backbox. No mapping though.
  23. Tidied up the spacing.
  24. Replied!
