passed you on the way into the Gyle.
I was in the blue blobeye Y6 SUB. I was in a bit of a hurry as I was supposed to pick my brother up at the airport at 1pm.
Don't normally drive like that but needs must !!
Nice looking car by the way.
I know what you mean Derek.
I stay on Loaning Road and I hear Scooby's flying along Craigentinny Road all night.
I've got those very speed humps in my street and it certainly put a stop to cars flying up and down my street, although I really hate them.
I got my flaps off Scoobyworld, cost me £140 including postage. Came with laser cut alloy brackets, stainless steel fittings (which locate into original Subaru holes in bumper etc) and the flaps are made of polyurethane so don't flex under high speeds.
Not got any photo's but would recommend them to anyone.
I like it a lot but having just bought my first scoob 3 months ago don't think the wife would be too pleased at me ordering another new car so soon, definately one for the future though !!
Autosol works well if you keep on top of the cleaning but Autoglym has a grittier compund and is good at removing those stubborn stains. What am I saying, aye get autoglym it's the dugs baws !!!
<< If you believe, just changing some drop links can totally transform a cars handling, you've been drinking to much 'Snake Oil'

If you read my post you would have seen that I said combined with the prodrive geometry settings they make a big difference not that drop links alone are the ultimate handling mod.
I go to CLCM all the time for my tracking and can't sing the guys praises enough.
I wasn't aware he had a note of the Prodrive geometry settings though or I would have got it done when I last got the tracking done.
If your getting the prodrive geometry settings you could do worse than change the rear drop links for a set of whiteline steel fella's. They replace the subaru plastic ones and are supposed to totally remove any undesteer from the front when matched up with the prodrive settings. Demon Tweeks sells them, they cost about £60.
Thanks Scott, everyone, for your input.
I didn't think it would be cheap (ha, no pun intended ) as the amount of design and technology that goes into a WRC car is phenomonal.
If you don't ask though.....
I'm sure I spotted you too Fee,
about 5:20pm on Thursday or Friday. You were heading west bound on Princes Street (just came past Charlotte Square then turning left down Lothian Road).
I was going in the opposite direction and you probably wouldn't have seen me. Was it you ?
