Here it is peeps, hot off the back of the ultra successful MMO is the.........................Marvellous May Highland Gathering!!!!!! After a fair bit of conflab between Squirrell and myself today we have already decided on a route. (Don't ask as it will run on same format as MMO) The route distance is approx 220 miles and takes in some fantabulous roads.................even we were surprised by our genius on this one!!!!! We decided to get the ball rolling on this one for a few reasons - 1. To give people time to make the day free 2. To acheive same standard of turnout if not better than the MMO. 3. Due to a couple of factors we are going to run a poll with respect to dates - the proposed dates are SUNDAY 22ND MAY or SUNDAY 29TH MAY. We were more swayed to the 22nd as the 29th has Rally X on at KH which i'm sure afew of you will go to, we also looked at the first weekend in June but decided against that as the NBO3 is the following week. We don't really want to conflict with these if it can be helped as we are looking for a max turnout again. So to that end there will be a poll open for a limited period and the one with most interest will be the day. If i have missed anything i'm sure Grant will fill in the gaps here. Lets have another great spectacle!!!!
