Cheers mate, kinda knew it was coming, just not this quick. Been on the ACAS and DTi websites all night to check what I am entitled to. Not quite an RB320 but hey one day maybe.

Well its happened to me now, I have been made redundant with immediate effect, no notice.[8o|] 7 years Ive been there and they have shut the shop. Hope & Glory in Bluewater. So any ideas? Clean preferably (unless the money is good)

It was mentioned a while ago, the possibilty of finding a new meeting place to replace the Notcutts meet. Well I finally did something about it. BOBBING APPLE NR SITTINGBOURNE I went in on Friday night and spoke to the manager and she is absolutely fine with it. Its a Brewers Fayre pub with a massive childrens play area with ball pit etc. Large beer garden for the summer and plenty of parking. It also has a BP station for those that use it and a McDonalds nearby. It seems the perfect place as then all our members that are put off by Notcutts chucking the kids out at 9pm can bring them along and make it a family meet. Please let me know on here what you all think and maybe we could start using it soon????? 1. Q-Dog [Y]

Yeah seems to boost ok (most of the time, think i need new coil packs) Problem I think with the car is the bottom end of unknown origin put on by Ian when he blew it up. Didnt really get as much time with the guys as Id have liked but may get it looked at again.

Ive already got a Z4 on it, maybe I should just invest in someone having a proper look over it, just seems a bit sluggish and on the rollers only got 236bhp, when it should be 265 as standard. I was running it on Tesco fuel then so maybe that had something to do with it.

Cheers Jon I thought that was the case but seen one on scoobynet for £60 so thought I would double check. Cant justify(or afford tbh) the costs for a full on re mappable one yet.

You should always put the high octane fuel in, some like Optimax others are happy on BP / Tesco, check yours to see which it prefers. I dont use Octane boost but you should stick to it really, unless you get a remappable ECU then it can run on anything if its set up properly. Mine peaks at 1 bar then drops back to 0.8 and thats with no boost or ecu mods, dont start tinkering too much as if you put too much boost and not enough fuelling it goes bang (I should know, I blew my first one 94 WRX then my second too 98 Type R) It gets expensive for the pursuit of speed

Your front discs should be 277mm if they are the standard 2 pot caliper if they have been upgraded already to 4 pots then they are probably 295mm. Not sure on the backs (cant remember and its too dark to go measure em now :-) )

Anyone know if an ECU out of a Type R will fit my 95wrx? Code on it is 6s Will it make any difference??
