Yes Imy it has been kinda decided, will post all details once we have spoke at Thursdays(not wednesday this time) meeting. OK to be honest I feel like a bit of a spare part here (and yeh its my own fault) but I need to straighten a few things out. We are NOT getting any DVD/TV combo's, we spoke about it very briefly when we did our shopping, but after speaking to Sick Kids they said they would accept them but feel they have enough already, so instead we will either buy Baby toys (that were totally missing from our shopping trip) or keep the money for next year. I need to know who is coming to the Santa Cruise, will speak to our Santa to see if he can make it, and also if his helper will be there. I need firm numbers not mibbies, please note only a few people will be allowed into the wards, 6 per ward were allowed last year and I would imagine it would be the same this year also. Whilst we are on subject I need to say that today is the final day for getting stickers made, if your not on the list they will not be getting made. Guys confirmed date for the Santa cruise is indeed Sunday the 17th Of December at 11am in Sick Kids hospital. Meeting points and times to be confirmed. However, we have a little shopping to get done.......... so all hands to the Toys R Us trollies this Wednesday the 29th of November at 7.30pm........ I'll see Dawn, Neil, Gus there....anyone else wanna join in?

Well just back after a quick 300 mile juant and have to say aint too impressed with tesco 99, I dunno I may have (and prolly did) imagine it but V power defo seemed to give a better response. Your experiance may differ.

Could be a mini meet then at the pumps, gonna pop some of this stuff in for a trip doon south over the weekend.

Got some disturbing news last night regards the plans for our Lothians Santa Cruise. Maureen Harrison from Sick kids, who had previously approved the date of the 10th of December, let us know that Sick Kids is moving wards on this date and we cannot do our Cruise on this date. To say im crushed is an understatement, we have the possiblity of doing it the week after ( 17th of December) but I wanted to ask you all before I agree to this on the weekend before Christmas. Im waiting on a call from Maureen on Monday to let us know whens suits now. Post your thoughts on this here if you could before then so I know where we all stand. Guys and gals I apologise if this puts people out but I really dont know what to say. Scott

Pete i apologise if I misled ya, was sure they both were h7's but soz if I was wrong. Re the 55w issue , thats the legal limit and unless you mod the wiring I wouldnt up the wattage in the bulbs........ you more than likely will put too much stress on the wiring. Surely powerbulbs will take back the bulbs for exchange?

Dougie's Surname is Cotter and he is in ward 108. He isn't doing too well in hospital right now so a wee visit may help lift his spirits. I would like to come along but the missus is going into hospital this week.

Andy unless you have updated the lights yourself the UK300 didnt come with HID's only projector type beams, there are after market HID/xenon out there as I say but unknown price etc.

Just to let you all know that another member of our wee gang is hobbled in hospital, DougieC was taken to hospital on Friday after having a few problems. He is being kept in for a few days whilst the entire medical community wonder what to do [] and generally poke and prod. Im sure he would appreciate a few get well soon's, so I'll add mine now Get well soon matey []

Andy you could upgrade your bulbs with some from Powerbulbs( see members section for discount info) but dont expect too much from Prodrive lights they seem to project a pretty poor beam. You could buy a Xenon upgrade kit that may help but no idea what or where to buy. hth
