  2. Agreed, certainly looks the part but is bigger always better?!?!?!?!?!
  3. bug eye WRX with VF35, STI inj etc running circa 1.3bar? Obviously the STI one would be a good starting point but im wondering if there are any other TMIC's out there, new or second hand for between £200 - £300 that would have any advatages over the STI one? Anyone got any suggestions?
  4. yeh, I was impressed a while back when we were en route to knockhill and even more impressed on track. IMO there is good pulling power and the car reacts well at low revs. Its a world apart from the old TDO4 I once knew, looking forward to seeing it with an up pipe, minus a sock in it! P.S your brakes are braw - ill need to see that crazy guy up in Aberdeen for some of the same
  5. Ah Dundee The land of small tashes and, "can e hav 2 pes, a bovril and an ingin in an aw?" Only kiddin, seems to be lot better than it used to be, glad you had a good time matey

  18. Yip 3 shanks of a PW and a numb left hand to prove Glad the deathstar has found its launch control after months in the wilderness! 5 goes and 5 drag racing starts to great effect on the test track, all of which were 10 times a quick as before and was definately worth the 250 baws alone! I think that sealed the deal for the new contract for the deathstar! Time to concentrate on the golf swing which is still 4 times that of the car!
  19. Goes like a 'ham shank' off a 6 iron
  20. Yes former mate, manifold nipple to DV is the one I need. Currenty have OE dump valve connected to part OE black hose and blue samco hose, which are joined by crazy filter thing which looks like 2 spinning tops attached together (was presumably part of VTA DV kit)
  21. As per title, im looking for the standard OE black hose which runs to the OE dump valve. I think its about 4mm diameter and hopefully about 200mm long! Im currently using McDonalds straws which are flexing somewhat with 20PSI running through them Im in Glasgow area and will travel no further than Outer Mongolia for such a piece of necessary equipment
  22. Looks braw mate, some good kit on the machine too
  23. Im posting without knowing for sure if it will work but I got a 2200ohm resistor from Maplin to cross the terminals as my engine management light is on too, BUT mine is on because my sensor has been removed as my up pipe does not accommodate! Will let you know if it works S
