I agree with Everyone, the car was Sold As Seen! If he thought it wasn't in great condition then he should have had an inpsection done on it. And i'm sure you would have welcomed it. But, i know that most enthusiasts look after their pride and joy. If it is the case he has ragged the sh*t out of the poor thing then he can't have much knowledge of Subaru's or any car for that matter. I am a beginner when it comes to Subaru's and what I've learnt already is that you look after it and it'll look after you. I can only take into consideration what these guys & gals have said on here about your car, but I am a firm beleiver that an owner of a Beautiful car like that would look after it. This guy has nothing to stand on, no hope in hell. I wish you well, don't lose any sleep over a t*sser like that Regards Kim
