Point 3, the exhaust exit from the wastegate is deliberately blocked off so to channel the gasses past the lambda sensor and so the ecu can have a proper reading of all gasses. I think the lambda on jap cars is lower down and so this port is left open for performance purposes.

Yes, it does help, many thanks. @ jay1. It has happened to me before and the way i found out was a mot failure on emisions as you have suggested. The select monitor (computer) will not show if there is a problem with lamda, it will only show the readings it is showing. And yes it is running like a very slow Subaru.

Can a lamda sensor be tested with a multimeter. I think mines up the swanee, sooty exhaust, less mpg, the usual stuff. If yes, what readings should i expect.

I'm with Blueyonder Broadband, was 0.5Mb but had a free upgrade to 0.75Mb all for £25 month. I can honestly say that i've never had a problem with it in two years.

Ask permission off your Mom or Dad first, register, i will make you admin and then you can press as many buttons as u like to create your own forum sections. You can practice making your own stuff etc. Once you are confident in what you do, just register a new forum and away you go. I will only do this after Dad has ok'd it. Open for anyone else to reg as well.

If you click on the 'support' button this will take you to the support forums. Basically what you will see is the type of layout you will get if you register.(you can also use this support forum for any probs u may encounter. If you like the look of the layout,then click on the 'register' button. Just fill in the necessarys and a board forum will be created for you.

Little Miss kip This one is free and real easy to manage. Hyperboards. If you click on the 'support' button at the top of the page, it will give you an idea of what your forum will look like. Then just signup if you like it.

If you just want a forum, use the link i gave earlier. The software will be installed for you and all you need to do is make your forum sections and user permissions. Its free so it worth regeristing just to have a go.
