  1. Wow, some great stories guys & gals. Even though i havent got mine yet, the attraction would be the power, the look, the ride and the respect. Ever since going for a ride in two Scoobs, it made me want one. But never driving one was a little weird, people kept saying "well, what if you don't like the way they drive etc" I've sorted that one, i've driven one and now it's made me very eager to own one.
  2. This is actually one of the main aspects i look forward to when i get my Scoob ... I was in my friend's in Great Yarmouth and it's like a totally different Society, everyone waves (almost lol) But I was told to be careful, when you see a male driver with his Mrs, it's not always best to wave. My friend said " You know he's gonna get an ear bashing when they get home " that made me laugh.... is it true though? Kim
  3. What inspired you into buying a Subaru? (Sorry if this has been done before, but I'm quite interested in everyone's thoughts and opinions)
  4. << My opinion is this..... .25 Seconds after Lottery Win I pick up the phone- "Hello Litchfield Imports?, Yes, I'd like a Type 25....NOW" Get the idea?!? >> Even though I am not all that educated on Scoobs yet (There's alot to take in, that's for sure) ... I still have to agree. What I've read so far about the Type 25 makes me drool at the slightest mention of this motor. I think i missed the first issue of Evo on the review of the Type 25 but since buying May's issue, the T25 was in there within the Scooby shootout... along with the Spec C and P1. I suppose we've all got to start somewhere, work your way up or rely on a lottery win
  5. I've read that issue in evo. It was my first read up on Impreza's, alot of information for a beginner so to speak LoL Very informative that's for sure! From Evo... << Type 25 is an awesome machine, taking best bits of Spec C and smoothing over the rough edges. The greatest Impreza ever? >> << 'I don't think the Type 25 needs any more power; It is stupendously, stupidly, awesomely fast' >>
  6. Thanks for your help guys & gals
  7. In all honesty, I don't mind what colour it is as long as it's not silver... I find silver is so much harder to look after and well, I just like Dark colours lol
  8. The colour is Beautiful .... We are all Biast in certain aspects
  9. Well, i've now got alot to consider... the Terzo is just teasing me now lol. It looks like it has everything I am looking for too
  10. So this is a UK car then Cliff? I have to say, that is a beautiful car and something i'd really like to own. What is Terzo? can anyone shed any light as to what this is? Yellow Scoob ?
  11. Ok, i assume alot have a Green Scoob then lol. Thank you scoobysnacks and Steve700 for answering the question about the rear wiper
  12. I've got a budget for around £8,500 Cliff, is this too low?
  13. Ok, so the colour is sorted any other tips? lol
  14. LoL Thanks for the welcome ... Yeah, i'd say the Green ones are pretty special
  15. I am currenty enquiring about an Subaru Impreza. But, I do not have much knowledge on these at all. (Still learning lol) I know that I am wanting a Turbo, around a 98-99 Registration. In either Black, Green, or Dark Blue. I want full electrics, fairly good mileage, well looked after inside and out. I know that if you go for a UK Impreza that insurance is alot cheaper. (But seeing as I already drive an Import it's not a huge issue) But, how do you tell them apart? Someone told me you can tell the difference by the rear window, whether it has a wiper or not. Which is which? Is there anything that you guys & gals would recommend me? And this being my first Scooby, being 22 and a Girl, all help would be very much apprecaited. Many Thanks Kim
