I've got a MY99 Turbo2000 and i have it running over 300hp If you're really set on getting a FMIC have a look at the Hybrid FMIC as IMO the quality is better and theres quite a few good deals to be had IMO whatever you do you're gonna need a remap to get there and as the later classics had issues with MAF causing issues i went and got a Simtek ecu, this would blow your budget so its something i'd go for at a latter date. The route i went was bigger turbo vf28 md195s hybrid, H&S downpipe, Blitz induction kit, Walbro fuel pump, lightened pullies, 550 injectors, FPR and other bits and pieces.. I did it on a budget, managed to get alot of parts in f/s thread on here and s/net, bought the fuel parts and filter brand new.

I know this you know this but 'er in doors' wont allow it I've managed to fabricate some pu under the bonnet to force the air from the vent and ive opened up the inner arch to push more air in to the filter and i'm going to try and 'block the filter' off from the engine bay temps with some sort of casing. It may create a block with that vent but it has also allowed under bonnet temps to drop... i had a temp probe on the cool side of the i/c piping and the cold side after the joint was getting heat soak. The vent had dropped it a little but along with wrapping it the temp has come down some more, but we'll see.

Scoops are for function and form as it keeps the engine cooler than the stock scoop the mini vent had to be done. The numberplate is on velcro and i have legal size for road use Not colour coding as ive seen one that colour and it looks w***, Carbon splitter and lower it 15-25mm then thats the outside complete
