  9. from this picture the shift in the front panel is rather obvious http://www.jollygreenmonster.fotopic.net/p49354435.html broom, no broom broom.. Simon
  10. you might find the tb intercooler pipe then touches bonnet so you need to weld a wedge to angle it down slightly
  11. on newage lots... the chamber is not large enough on the front to take a tb flange.. may be possible to just bolt it on the wrong way though
  12. cost of paying for another inlet and getting someone to weld it up.. it is not a straight off the shelf part. Simon
  13. no worries.. I have have one I want to take out of my silver wrx.. to fit a uk but no time to swap.. Simon
  14. yes.. want to get the car running asap, else my interest will lapse.. I can then sort new intercooler pipework and a few jobs outstanding on the setup.. but reversed inlet is staying.. I have a spare which I might get reversed or altered as an alternative.. but I see no reason to go back to normal one Simon
  15. pics in here http://www.jollygreenmonster.fotopic.net/c1468054_37.html Simon
  16. Some progress at last! was mapping from where the cars are today so managed to get a little bit done.. fuel pump is fitted from other car... one comical moment.. I thought I best check the tank in the new car as it had been left open... look in and see something but looks like gunge but not able to see clearly.. so put my hand in and touch it expecting slimey residue from dirt in tank fuel residue etc and it feels like a bit of material.. so I pull it out.. look in my hand and I am holding a dead mouse.. lol.. pickled Yorkshire Mouse anyone? typical yorkshireman mouse.. drinks like a fish.. then with the heavy rain I was not able to do much.. did a couple of jobs under the bonnet.. like fixing washer bottle, fixing ignitor etc.. sprayed some paint on a couple of bits that had no paint.. removed the wood effect bits off the dash that weren't to my taste.. fitted the intercooler and checked bumper fit and I don't think it needs any extra cutting.. looks hacked enough by previous hybrid install.. lol I then fitted the new gearbox mount to the box.. at about 3 it stopped raining.. so I dashed for the engine crane and swapped the engine over.. nearly forgot to fit the new engine mounts and had to lift it back out again.. lol Radiator in and a few connectors etc plugged in.. glad to get some progress but still way behind where I wanted to be. Pics to follow Simon
