  2. Try ASP Trading (Alyn) Tel: 0191 4103770 does Mintex, DBA discs and Pagid the pads I got front and back. Only down side of these pads is low speed squeek when yer parking or stopping . Other than that better than my Brembo pad and disc combination I had previous.

  4. Rally 6 were u giving it large up Mar St in alloa on Friday night. I was sitting outside Hatleys chippie and got passed by a blue Scoob full decals with a large tail pipe, sounded like a Vortex, think he was trying to fly over the speed bumps. Sounded good anyway
  5. A got a foot in Sauchie, but my place is in a dip, bet dodge city (tullibucket) dump there snow in our place.
  6. Only prob this morning in nearly a foot of snow is the snow plough effect and the brakes locking up twice, other than that it got through. Wish a still had my long wheel base shogun it loved this snow or ploughed fields.
  7. It seems that disc warping and pad quick wearing was the issue. I can't remember if it was a failing for Sti or WRX cars or a combination of both. It was well debated on Scoobynet.
  8. Its seems theres a lot of info regarding this combination, it seem to be a matter of what type of driving and bedding in period, It seems most believe on Scoobynet to give a wide birth, but again you get folks who say there ok on there cars with Dunc at Hypertech even being a fan. Anyway a stayed clear and went for DBA and Pagid pads, no probs and stop like shit, but they do cost more as a combination, maybe its a price thing?
  9. Agree with P1 NUT
  10. A do but I deleted my photobucket files as it was easier, a could not delete the post as SIDC software dont allow it as the post had been replied too. need to dig out my photshop disc think its at work somewhere?

  14. Bummer mate, how they get stud pattern wrong the peezils!
  15. a wee techy Q I always thought it best to get your air cold, rammed and sealed for best results, would the cone not be prone to lift hot air from the engine bay as well as it dont fit direct to the intake at the fog light. Or am I missing something will the heat shield enclose the cone to the bonnet.
  16. A was at Crail, you needed a north sea survival suit.[] Snakehead, thats the wee pipe fae the turbo right, is there much gain or as good as they say it is.
  17. Dont tell me Sterling in tillicoultry and as far from Stirling as Paisley is fae Springburn. You after new furniture or designer wear[]
  18. That was mine, I went back and a silver wagon with AWD stickers was parked next to. If P1 thought he was,nt quick he sounded damn good going off the line, if a new you were in the beemer RS a wid have taken a pic by the way.

  20. Was at Crail it was baltic, my young lad was on the 1/4 mile with his silver saxo, spining and going nowhere at the start. Got some pics of cars on the track, there was even a green one ruby! and i want to know how a missed the chics, my lads mates said there were some in a van, she must have been brave, did no bits fall off then, it was brass monkeys. It would had been better going down the strip at least you be warm. I thought it was,nt a mag day just the first Crail Crash so no tents. If a could get my photobucket to link I would post pics.

  22. I,m fine ruby, think u passed me in stirling last Wednesday at the shell garage at 1pm near springkerse. It was a green scoob, I was trying to fill my mouth with a tortilla wrap.
  23. Its the wee black trimming lugs mate, they wee half circle things, I had to remove them on my sti box for the lid to fit. Cut them down and then from edge with sharp knife or stanley but not too deep to fook it all up.
  24. Well thats the rub, I wash my car down at the garage and theres these great big puddles a got to get through, plus ma a lazy bugger since I did it and kidnae be arsed doing it again[:$]
  25. You need to undo the two steel clips on the left hand side of the engine bay where the air box is situated (sti) The green filter on mine needed the lugs removed on the length sides, Did this with a trimming knife. It would not let the lid shut otherwise, the instructions were in my box about maybe needing remove the lugs to make it fit. You must remove both sides for it to centralise itself. Then reclip the steel clips and bobs yer uncle a wee rasper of a conversion and sometimes gives more sook and sound.[]
