  1. Awesome driving skills by that French fella!
  2. Sorry Lewis, I just spotted this thread. I have the mods mentioned above and it drives really well, not massive power compared to some cars on here but really good for road driving, spools up quickly and just keeps pulling. I am so happy with the set up I am not planning on any more mods (not performance ones anyway ).
  3. I have a fully de catted turbo back Hayward and Scott (3") and de catted STi upipe ( for track use only obviously) and it's a nice sound. I'll take a wee vid clip for you and send you it if you want to hear how it sounds mate. Fraser
  4. Hello and welcome mate - lovely looking car, looking forward to seeing it at the Glasgow runs.
  5. PSSSSHHHHT all the way for me, I have one fitted and love the noise! I don't think there is any noticable difference in performance though. Fraser aged 10 and 3/4
  6. Some familiar roads for some of us.........
  7. I was thinking the same thing, mine is a 51 plate and a newage.
  8. Happy birthday big fella......37 - are you sure
  9. Does this count? It's coping with the snow quite well so far......
  10. I got the same jacket from T K Max for around the same price when Subaru pulled out of the WRC. Well worth the money!
  11. Excellent write up and results........I just wouldn't want to drive it home and get it all dirty again
  12. Looking good Del, the spots make a MASSIVE difference to the front end.......where did you get the tints done?
  13. I've used both green and K&N with no issues (although some people say the oil from them sometimes eats the Maf sensor).
  14. I hope you know where his place is, as he doesn't exactly advertise his garage.......I had to ask a couple of wee boy racers
  15. I agree Paul - a few beers and a wee wander round sounds good
  16. Me and Lisa would be up for a trip down to this. I was going to go last year but had to cancel due to work.
  17. Count me in! I might even come dressed as a sailor
  18. Good topic this......I too am on the verge of getting my wheels powder coated @ Cameleon. I want to go darker as they are such a pain in the a$$ to keep spotless. Has anyone had problems with them cracking / breaking with just "normal" road use after they've been powder coated?
  19. Hello and welcome mate........luckily you got the fastest colour!
  20. Except on the straight about 3 mins in.....
  21. You must have got good ones Derek - mine just keeps on taking!! He costs me more than the scooby.........
  22. I've got Tarox Sport Japan grooved and drilled discs with mintex extreme pads on the front and standard set up on the back, refurbished calipers all round. I think they are a MASSIVE improvement on the standard ones but I agree with what has been said above - If you've got the cash go for a big brake kit like the K sports.
  23. Christ Jon, you're the only person I know who is unluckier than me!! Hope you get your car sorted mate. I was about to PM you to see how you were both getting on.
  24. Excellent start to the festive season. Well done to everyone who made it happen. Frank at the hospital just couldn't thank us enough, him and all the staff really, really appreciate all the toys. It looks really wintery in the pics - Roll on next year
