Car was returned with 2nd hand parts fitted, very dirty inside and some additional miles on the clock to test drive it!! after a rear end shunt?

  7. Further to that news it is sad to say that the co-driver died shortly after being taken to hospital. It was my friend barry Clark who was driving the car that hit him. Thoughts go out to all involved, another sad day for the boys in JWRC. WRC Rallyes - RallyRacc Catalunya - Accident on Stage Two for Jorg Bastuck In special stage 2 (El Montmell 1) an accident occurred involving competitors No. 53 and 54. Car No. 54 went off the road, but the crew was uninjured. The co-driver, Mr. Jorg Bastuck, was standing beside the car changing a wheel but was then struck by car No. 53, who went off the road at the same place. Action has been taken with the rescue services and the doctor on board. Mr Bastuck has been evacuated by means of a medical helicopter to the hospital in a serious condition.
