  1. I'm sorry i don't have the answer But reading your post username: 9000rpm was running fine for the first two weeks age:20 i'd say if you do fix it your only gonna break it again No offence meant, but scooby's aren't as bomb proof as people say especially if in the wrong hands

  3. http://forums.sidc.co.uk/index.php?showtop...7&hl=buzzuk Read this post and my reply then see how the post panned out i think you have the same prob as adam and i had mate

  5. As soon as you said what was happening i new it was the same problem that i had, glad you got it sorted mate it can be frustrating thinking you have to go through everything like maf's etc.
  6. I had mine close to death tonight does that count? got to love the cool night air going through that scoop, had it with in an inch of it's life at times disclaimer: Of course everything above was carried out on a secret private airfield
  7. while your under the bonnet mate stick a new set of plugs in just to make sure
  8. Colin mcrae was the reason i am driving an impreza now
  9. Hi adam i had exactly the same problem, you get a lot of judder and car is holding back misfires etc. i took it to a subaru specialist in newbury he checked each coil pack found one had a minute crack on it (i would never have seen it if he hadn't pointed it out three times lol) that was replaced other three no problems. Four new plugs later £125 lighter i drove out of the workshop and wow i hadn't realised how much power i had been losing the car quite literally scared me.
  10. I have 225/45/17s on a classic import, when i first got the wheels they had re070's on so while they did scrub every now and again they were fine as the tyre wall is very straight. The problem is now i have replaced them i have some nexxen directionals that bulge on the wall like ordinary tyres. The day they were fitted the tyre fitter left then i found out they were scrubbing on the suspension on the inside wall, a 3mm spacer later and that was cured now they are scrubbing on most corners? can i get stiffer suspension? do i have to get the arches rolled or do i have to cut my losses and get new tyres? anyone that has been through this problem and found an easy way out please let me know!!!
  11. stop moderating my posts or i'll join up with a different username every day and spam the forum non stop i don't need a babysitter
  12. i've got a 95 classic wave at all scoobs (you do feel a cock though when they just look through you lol), had a skyline wave at me the other day. quite honestly i'm up for waving at evo's skylines and scoobs bit of mutual appreciation for the japanese collective really. I'll give it a go see how many sneers i get[:S]
  13. same as mate i've been ill all this week and i think it clouded my judgement, i was a bit of a twat, my apologies
  14. I have a tsl firestorm with full decat it's just about as loud as it gets, i live in a developement of flats so noise travels really well nobody has ever said anything.
  15. tell me how it's misunderstanding don't just say it, i know education isn't what it used to be but surely even you can see your talking b*******[:^)]
  16. wtf are you talking about, the open to offers was put because i didn't give a price, it was just if anybody was interested in the gauge, so as you were after a gauge i thought it would be more sensible to give you a price and a good one at that, i didn't say £40 or near offer???. Sit down and take a long hard think about it your last post makes no sense at all. WHY you were still reading the previous post when i'd already stated a price on the personal post to you i have no idea. So as you can clearly see my FACTS are totally right, and i don't surf so whats with the dude???. Go find yourself a gauge and just leave it http://www.blitz-uk.co.uk/ProductItem-391.aspx As you can see the gauge is less than half price and comes with a completely servicable full length pillar pod with just a small crack which once glued would never be seen again as it's under the pod so thanks for your good luck etc but i'm not gonna be needing it.[|-)]
