About DannyD

  1. I had a 52 plate uk spec sti 8 blobeye ppp ...........surely the blob would have been released as a JDM earlier than a Uk spec ?? Just a thought.......
  2. As above, I have a Subaru large WRC Flag Subaru cap and Subaru T Shirt all genuinely signed by Solberg I won these on the sidc santa cruise auctions a few years back and have had them in storage since, all pristine and immaculate.....t shirt and cap never worn......neither has flag Anyone interested give me a shout before I throw them on Ebay Dan
  3. Iain, I agree whole heartedly.... Obviously being Sams other half I know exactly how hard she is training for this, as is Kaz.....in the Gym and pounding the streets in wind and rain and through the upcoming winter too ! I am completely dismayed and pretty disgusted at the lack of interest from such a so called " family and friendly" club ! Even more so by some of the senior members within the club , especially when you think of what Kaz has done for the SIDC ! All I can say is big up yourselves girls, good for you and you will have massive support and I take my hat off to you both ..... P!55 poor , completely P!55 poor !!!
  4. Unless you was one of the many kids he fiddled with... more like sicko not jacko Peoples reactions make me laugh, its as if they knew him Doubt anyone knew the real wacko.....
  5. Great to see you post Si, Looks like a wicked trip, well donwe on the recovery.........good on ya.. Long time no speak...hope all well... I touch goats Dan
  6. Lol if thats me.....that sounds so wrong...Dan and Dec ps congrats to you both, hope your half as happy as I am
  7. Hi David, hope all is well.. long time no speak ... Well a lot of people make mistake of sending an appeal and because they hear nothing they believe it is done and dusted......Not so... I believe they will write if your fine has be overturned, however I am not so sure they do if it hasnt...at least thats what I hear Of course if it fails and goes on you can always file for a Stat Dec` , but you again must have good reason, and simply the reason for an infalted fine being ignorance is not one I am afraid
  8. This is straight off the Maidstone council website.....The Authority in question I believe... You can look in numerous places on web and all pretty much same thing....they will write to vehicle owner and if you choose to ignore or not name driver...the buck will stop with you.... Read the Due Process........ PS I am a Certificated Bailiff and I have over 300 files issued by Northampton for parking offences.....Warrants to remove goods or collect...so it will be a massive fine or your vehicle or possessions are going plus more charges.... But hey what do I know...dont pay it...crack on...more work for me and my friends ;-) Please Read : The Recovery Procedure 1991 Road Traffic Act Stage 1 A Parking Attendant issues the PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE (PCN). The Charge is £60.00 but if paid within 14 days the discounted amount of £30.00 will be accepted. You may alternatively make an appeal to the Local Authority. Stage 2 If no payment or representations are received after 14 days a DVLA enquiry is submitted to identify the registered keeper of the vehicle. The Charge is £60.00 and no discount is applicable. Stage 3 If no representations or payment is received after the 28th day a NOTICE TO OWNER (NTO) is sent to the registered keeper. The charge is £60.00 and no discount is applicable. Stage 4 If no payment or representation is received after 38 days from the NTO a CHARGE CERTIFICATE is sent to the registered keeper. The Charge is increased to £90.00 and no discount is applicable. Stage 5 If no payment is received after 21 days from the Charge Certificate a request to register the PCN as a debt is made to the TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT CENTRE (TEC) at Northampton County Court. Stage 6 The TEC will send notification that the PCN is registered as a debt. Within seven days of receipt of this notification, an ORDER FOR RECOVERY of unpaid Penalty Charge is sent to the registered keeper. A STATUTORY DECLARATION FORM is enclosed. The Charge includes the court registration fee of £5.00. The Charge is now £95.00. Stage 7 If no payment or Statutory Declaration is received after 38 days from the ORDER FOR RECOVERY a request to issue a WARRANT OF EXECUTION is made to the TEC. Note: This is NOT a County Court Judgement (CCJ). Stage 8 The TEC will send notification to the Local Authority that Warrants may be served. Within 7 days of receipt of this notification a WARRANT OF EXECUTION is printed. The Charge is now £95.00. Stage 9 Warrants are passed to COMMERCIAL COLLECTION SERVICES (Certificated Bailiffs). Representations & Appeals The Local Authorities regard any queries received before stage 3 as an Appeal. After Stage 3 any queries regarding the PCN must be made as a formal REPRESENTION. The list of acceptable REPRESENTATIONS are sent with the NTO. They are: I was not the owner of the vehicle at the time of the contravention because. I sold the vehicle before that date. I bought the vehicle after that date. I never owned the vehicle The contravention did not occur. The vehicle had been taken without my consent. The Traffic order was invalid. We are a vehicle hire firm and have supplied details. The Penalty charge exceeded the relevant amount. The Road Traffic Act 1991 sets out only six grounds on which you may object the Penalty Charge Notice. We are not obliged to consider any other circumstances. The appellant will be sent either a NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE or a NOTICE OF REJECTION, depending on the decision. If the appellant is unhappy with the Council’s response he/she may complete an ADJUDICATION APPEALS FORM. Which will be sent out with the Notice of Rejection. The appeals form is sent to the PARKING ADJUDICTOR. This is an independent regulatory body that can also review the Council’s decisions over REPRESENTATIONS. After stage 6 the appellant can only submit a STATUTORY DECLARATION under the following grounds: I did not receive the NOTICE TO OWNER. I made REPRESENTATIONS to the local authority concerned but did not receive a Rejection notice. I appealed to the Parking Adjudicator against the local authority’s decision to reject my REPRESENTATIONS but have had no response to my appeal. Under County Court rules a STATUTORY DECLARATION can be made at any time. This can happen even while the bailiff is enforcing the warrant. The council may cancel the warrant or put it on Hold. Should the appellant not pay the full amount requested by the due date then the council will follow the recovery procedure but any lesser amount paid will be deducted from the sum due. Many warrants will show different amounts where only a part payment has been made
  9. So if say I got a ticket from .....Hackney or Camden in London and it was a Coucil/LocalAuthority Parking fine...if I ignore and dont admit it was me then they can swing ?
  10. So they wont take it to Court ?
  11. So if you dont admit it like you say, then they take it further ...then what happens ?
  12. So what about wardens for local authorities
  13. Err who does a Traffic Warden issue tickets for then ?????
  14. Lcal Authority will probably pursue issue via Northampton...the Court for RTA fines...issue a Warrant and send a Bailiff to levy on your goods after the fine increases and they have gone through the due process !....IIRC
  15. I am sorry but that is possibly the worst advise I have ever heard .......in my experience of RTA fines for local authorities that wont wash..... Still when your fine is over £600 with a Bailiff knockin ` your door and seizing your car, tell them that you lent car to someone else
