Oh Ross! I thought you were buying one fo those cars off that other forum [:^)][:$] Nice motor mate
-
Ok, thanks for that Adam, will be in touch. My email address is russ@wallaceperformance.co.uk , but I am surprised that the address you used didn't come into our catch-all.
-
Really?! I have just been answering several other emails! Will look into it, sorry.
-
Ok, thanks Adam, sorry if there has been a misunderstanding. As you know it's not like we can ask you to nip round and clear something with us! IIRC the flange on your new downpipe was a mile away from you old system, in length and alignment. We'll do our best to sort it to your satisfaction. We have a very experienced exhaust builder back on board.

I understand why you are not happy. You will probably also understand why to me this thread appears to be "slagging". I have said above that we have lots of advance bookings, but please call tomorrow and we will do our best to fit you in asap. Tel. no. is 01224 708444. Thanks.

Please drop in whenever it suits you, I am still at work now and am here from 8.30am to midnight most weeknights. As such I don't have time to check forums frequently, and I'm sorry but we don't conduct business on here. Please come in or call anytime, and I would estimate that 95% of emails are answered. I am sorry if we have missed your email. I would imagine that more than 99% of telephone calls are answered, and as mentioned we are employing more staff to help deal with these issues. Unfortunately we are victims of our own success - we are very busy. Exhausts. Customers are always asked if they have any particular requirements when a car is booked in. Flanges are only removed after a customers go-ahead, and that was the case with your car Adam. If you are unhappy please call me to discuss what we can do to rectify this. I think it is a little unfair if you are blaming us for the knocklink not working. It was a an already compromised 2nd hand part you gave us to do nothing more than fit, and it was working when the car left here. If you feel agrieved Craig, please book your car in and allow us to resolve any issues, including refitting flanges if that is what you choose. We will do our best to fit you in as soon as we can, but please be aware we do have lots of advance bookings. We cannot drop other customers tomorrow, we might end up on a forum getting slagged off! [8-)] Iain, we have plenty of other boost gauges available to you , but as I explained the gauge you has not proved simple to get hold of again. You will know it was not a common boost gauge. Please come in some time and take your pick or order whatever takes your fancy. Russ

I'm sorry if you feel you weren't informed, but I thought this was pretty clear. Knockhill called us at around 9am to tell us that the track was snowbound. I was more than a little disappointed myself, plus I had to spend a couple of hours phoning round everyone who had booked. If you hadn't booked then there was no way of me knowing you were coming. Was also quite galling when I went up for a look at 2.30ish to find it was totally clear []

So much for the forecast!Track day cancelled - snow
-
Forecast good, still spaces left
-
Bttt. Anyone who wants to go on track please get in touch asap
-
Ooops! [:$] Board kept reporting an error and said it couldn't post[8-)]
-
Bttt for this. Yes, still some spaces left [] Please get in touch asap if you'd like to book. Didn't realise about the football, sorry!
-
Excellent, nice to see some of you guys can make it Please remember to book ahead with us if you definitely want track time
-
If you are desperate you could always try here and cross your fingers for good weather..... Feb trackday
-
<< Bit steep price wise for 3 hours... better to fill the tank with fuel and go for a run >> Think you'll find that is the normal rate. You shouldn't drive on the road like you do on the track
-
No interest?!? Can't believe some of you guys don't want to tangle with a nice mixture of skylines, porsches, M class BMW's and of course several Evos! Weather dependent of course, but this will be most people's 1st chance to try out the new track and also the 1st trackday of the year....

Wallace Performance Trackday, Knockhill, Sat 11th Feb 1pm-4pm Cost £75 (to be paid by 4/02/06) Another trackday at Knockhill, this time hopefully the weather will be more favourable. Hosted by Wallace Performance, for friends, customers and guests. Numbers are being limited and only considerate drivers will be allowed on track (you won?t have to worry about your car!) Enquiries to Gavin or Russ on 01224 708444 or gavin@wallaceperformance.co.uk Those who booked and paid for the last snowed off trackday will be contacted - obviously their payments will be honoured
-
Much easier to get a genuine 400bhp from an Evo IX
-
Trackday is cancelled.... 4 inches of snow apparently. Will post up re-arranged date when we get it
-
Hi, yes quite a few (careful!) non hot marques owners going Still spaces left if anyone fancies it. Forecast is now 5 degrees and sunny...

Still one or two gaps to fill. No takers? Scoobs not very well presented so far, several going but more Evos than anything else
-
