  1. I was going to post some thoughts about this and then I thought "why bother" I posted enough on SN and got no acknowledgement whatsoever. We were welcomed in here and Phil has bent over backwards to welcome us (and that includes non-SIDC members). So I am not going to bother. Frankly I don't think anyone else should either and IMHO I don't think we should be discussing SN's problems here. If you want to comment then go to SN. I won't be!
  2. I thought you were looking for somewhere to pitch the tent Dougster! You are welcome to use my lawn anytime m8 and i am only 20 miles from Leuchars too.
  3. << I know that problem! However I have thown mine away. not that I am suggesting you should Jamie. >> Actually on second thoughts Jamie your rev limiter would look very nice in my car. think of the improvement on the power to weight ratio.
  4. A big field (grass/stubble), a track (with both left and right corners) marked out with cones and timing gear. Cars start 4 at a time (rallycross style) and try to get the best time possible. 2 timed practices and 4 heats to go to a final. Don't know where the venue is yet but it is close to Berwick.
  5. This is definately going ahead. 4 at a time starts and 60+ enties expected. Should be excellent spectating.
  6. << no worrys mate we all thaught that it was the rev limiter siting nexto you!!!!!! >> I know that problem! However I have thown mine away. not that I am suggesting you should Jamie.
  7. It all depends when guys. I would come through if I am around.
  8. Just got back onshore myself today. I was really looking forward to this as well There should be some more events run by the Perth based club 55CC later in the year. I will post up info when I get it.
  9. Cancelled due to lack of entries

  15. I will be out at this event and looking forward to getting in some sideways action. The venue will be a field about 5 miles south of Stonehaven off the A90. Start from 09:00 until 16:30ish. Foz and myself will be out in a grey Pug 205. Come and say hello.
  16. Agreed about Kinghorn. I used them to get some major rust repairs done to my Alpina and they did a lovely job. I know this may go against the grain but after my ex-wife tried to take the Sport swimming in the Don. Arnold Clark did an excellent job which I couldn't fault. (and I tried!)
  17. Storm in a teacup methinks. Ironically I was just involved in the Muppet threads thread on the general discussion here. Everybody immediately rushed kicking and screaming into general agreement. Lovely
