After buying a pink battery clamp, I thought; hay that will make a good theme in my engine bay. So I am currently waiting for many nuts and bolts to dry including some other bits. I will have pics up as soon as I have put everything back in. I really hope I haven't ruined the look of it.....

Word ya'll. I've noticed there are some much cheaper OBD diagnostic tools for andriod mobile phones. What I am wondering is if they are worth it and can anyone recommend a good adaptor and is there one for my car? Bearing in mind it all works through Bluetooth.

Using my "vast" knowledge of the car industry I reckon we will see a hot-hatch Impreza type car in the near future. Probably a 1.8 or 2L turbo. With all their know-how and the MASSIVE after market for their vehicles they'd be silly not too.

Apologies, its called hardknott pass not hard knock. Whilst driving around there i saw a sign that read this road is extremely hazardous and should not be driven in poor conditions etc so i thought I'll have some of that! Great road and nice views. Could see isle of man from highest point

I think there are better value valves if all you want is sound, but as badbaz said, it shouldn't affect it too much. Might find you stall a little more a slow speeds (as in from stationary) but that could just be my crap driving. Whether you get recirc or not is neither here nor there. there is little to no power loss if fully venting or not

I thought Haywood and Scott would pop up. I do like theirs mind. I know there are a number of factors determining sound, but how much does it change when the standard back box is switched? I have already had a damn good JGM remap. I don't really want to pay for another so want to avoid getting down and centre pipes or decatting anything so back box and exhausts is all i really wanted to change.

I know some of you out there have a WRX STI Saloon. I was just wondering if any of you guys have changed the exhaust. I don't want to really change the whole thing. Just want a better sound so was thinking of just changing the back box and exhausts. Can anyone recommend a good manufacturer?

Got it working, but will only allow me to use launch control once each start I start the ignition. Even if I lift off at 4500 revs it wont then let me use the launch control again. Odd. It worked before when I had it.

Hello there. Does anyone have a JGM remap on their WRX? Simon kindly installed launch control and throttle blip, but Ive forgotten how to switch it on, so to speak. I know it has something to do with foot on accelerate and press the rear view window button.
