  1. good luck with the move bud, we are currently in process of selling ours and getting another 1, stress to the max sorting out all the details of move in dates and all the other stuff thats is purely relying on the people that are buying our house not to pull out, glad the wife is a good organiser. Will be glad when its all over lol
  2. I know its not quite stirling area but I would recommend meercat exhausts in kilbirnie who custom make up the exhausts to suit, I had a 200cell cat fitted by them, its the downpipe and 2nd cat all in 1 section, Havent put it through an mot yet but should be no probs, other than them I have not had any experiance with anyone else sorry, maybe others on here can recommend someone, hope you get it sorted bud. Stevie

  10. Looking stunning m8, really nice. Everytime I was in grieves I would have a look around the 1 in the showroom
  11. When my uppipe was cracked it was fairly easy to pinpoint the area the noise was coming from, I guess It will depend on how bad the crack is though. Mines was cracked almost a 1/3 of the way round at the bottom end of the expansion part. If you have access to ramps maybe get it up in air and look from underneath once you remove the plastic guard if its still on. Meercat in kilbirnie do an up pipe called a slip joint that seals as it expands and quality of work is very high as I am quite sure a lot on here will agree . Hope you get something sorted anyway. Stevie
  12. hahahahah actually laughed out loud lol

  19. The 06 Sti Hawkeye is 5 years or 50,000 miles just had mine done couple of months ago, would think wrx will be the same.
  20. good result m8, andy really is a top bloke
  21. Yeah and I have just volunteered to go get the shopping for the wife, might take a wee while for the shopping to arrive home like lol
  22. Yeah you are right the uppie is catless on the sti, however about 6 months ago the pipe split at the flexi looking bit near the top and wasnt sure back then where I was going with the mods so got it welded up for the time being, just seemed like a perfect time to replace it along with the downpipe incase welds failed later on or something, The meercat downpipe removes first and second cat sections and joins straight onto centre section with resonator and then the backbox, unfortunately I cant comment on the difference between the pro drive back box and standard as I got the car with it on it and liked the burble you get from it so decided to leave it in place. Hope I have answered what you needed m8. cheers
  23. Car spec:- 2.5l STi Type UK The mods I have done are:- Meercat Sports cat SnakeHead downpipe Meercat up pipe Cobrasport straight though Centre section Pro Drive back box PiperCross foam air filter Walbro 255ltr/h fuel pump Didnt think I could enjoy it so much more than I already did, just sooooo much more lively So whats next to be done? aaaarrgghhhhh noo stop it that dam mod bug is too hungry, credit card cant keep up lol
  24. Have to say couldnt meet a nicer guy, after quick a few runs down the A1 tweaking here and there we finally came to the dyno runs and the car is now producing:- 352bhp and 392LbFt Well impressed with the results, the difference in torque mid range is amazing, its like driving a totally different car. Cant praise Andy enough for how he has transformed my car, thnx m8. Now the bit of bad news my front O2 sensor is playing up, sometimes reading accurately then going offscale over fueling when it doesnt need it , I had the front O2 sensor changed under warranty in january so will go have a word with them at ian grieves. Now I think I will go for another drive Stevie
