  1. out of curiosity.... can scoobie classic head gaskets be changed without taking the engine out of the car???? hearing conflicting stories so far.... whats hyou're views guys... ????
  2. thats me learned something new today... it'll come in handy when i go looking for a new spoiler for mine
  3. are you sure there blended into the quarters????? if you can see the line between the skirts/quarters then there just bonded/screwed on...... they don't look blended in to me mate...
  4. do the sti version six spoilers not have more mounting points than the v4 mid level???......
  5. depends on how good a match they can get for the paint... imho i'd do both sides...doors wings and quarters to ensure a decent finish although there are bodyshops out there who will blend/fade old and new
  6. a bodyshop wouldn't have too much trouble removing the skirts.... you would need to have the sides painted again and imho new skirts as well....
  7. just remembered......
  8. forgot to mention the lights..... lol
  9. just wondering if there is a right way and a wrong way to refill/bleed the system?? i read somewhere about removing the top rad hose which goes to the filler tank and after filling tank u squeeze bottom hose then cover said pipe(thus creating a vacuum) this pulls the water into the system and bleeds out most of the air... is this right?? or is there an easier way?? other thing is if i leave the cap off the car with it running should the water start to overflow from the tank??? there's no bubbles or anything in it but it does overflow... reason i ask is i've just flushed my collant system through and want to make sure i get all the airlocks out... cheers in advance
  10. no probs....
  11. rear bumper is easy enough i think you just change em over mate... as for the spoiler i'm pretty sure they all have a different amount of fixings...so at most you may need to drill some new holes/or extra's to fit certain ones..i.e uk turbo mid spoiler has less fixings than sti version six so you would have to either drill all new mounting holes or just drill some extra holes..
  12. would be worth a look/test drive.....
