i have a auto wagon wrx and the fast spooling td04 suits the auto box and power is almost instant on kickdown. if i was using it on a track then yes manual all day long but as a fast road car the auto works great imo does take a little adjustment to driving style but you soon get used to it. and on the 1/4 mile i bet its pretty handy will let you know later this year

pretty much all those aftermarket warranty things are a waste of time and rarely pay out seen this happen quite a few times now especially on older cars.
