I have known Iain for a short while. You can not believe how helpful and passionate he is towards Subaru's and the people who drive them. Iain offered to help me with some boost issues on my car, took about 4 hours and loads of his personal tools and cleaners. The gentleman he is, he would not accept some cash from me. I almost had to fight him to take it. Iain, you are a legend!! "the 1" hope you dont drive a Subaru. Most Subaru owners are easy going people, a*** holes like you should ride the bus!

I like it Iain, still like the look of your old one though. I am sure the new one was put on to shave seconds off your 1/4mile times?!

Because i stripped the calipers down to paint them i had to take the pads out too but somehow i forgot what pads came from what caliper!(left and right) I think i might have got them to the correct calipers though because after two days they are working really, really well. I must say that with the 2 pots i had more bite that would kinda feel like it would stay at constant friction level, with the 4 pots i get a very smooth bite with a progressively higher friction level til i slow down. Like it so far!

Upgraded my brakes to the later models size but as i got it all lose i am not to sure about one of the plates in the back. It presses up against the two pads and clips onto the pins that hold the pads in the caliper. From the pic can you tell me if i put the in correct?
