  1. yeah it's a good laugh... and actually great fun to drive on the road. You just fling it into corners and it grips so well with the huge tyres. I can see why so many people have 4x4's in the city... no one cuts you up if they have any sense! I Micra tried... it took 20 mins to get the back suspension out of the bull bar
  2. haha yeah he didn't look too happy Lucky bloke though, that is the best seat in the house
  3. my first car was replaced by it's bigger brother then bought this to do the donkey work - but I still have this one then the RB320, which I'll never sell and bought this last week to use as a play thing / project / track car
  4. I'm getting quite excited about this now!
  5. another vouch from me Some of the show cars they've made over the years are stunning... and they are about the only people I've ever seen that can pull off paint fading properly
  6. yeah I'm up for that you going down Friday night or very early Sat?
  7. I was going to run out of talent long before the car did
  8. that does look mean, but the 7 is the ugliest of the range. 8 or 9 is the way to go I very nearly bought an FQ something before I got the RB320, and yes it was rapid (dare I say it, it did feel a bit quicker then the RB does) but it just didn't feel like it would be an easy car to live with IMO the fast Subaru's are a bit more refined and comfortable than the Evo's Depends what sort of kick you want I suppose
  9. what nights are you guys booked in for? I'm going to sort it out this weekend
  10. Too right, I was well over £100 - but that does include after care.... ie I dragged him along to the Scottish Motorshow that weekend to make sure it was still looking perfect
  11. I've been calling it a 4x4 Civic.... quite suits it I think
  12. A friend of mine runs Prestige Detailers out of Falkirk, he did my RB320 a few weeks back and it turned out really nice www.prestigedetailers.org.uk tell him I sent you
  13. I was..... until my offshore rota moved a week Really really really wanted to go to this too
  14. not used Magma myself but a few friends have with excellent results let me know how you get on as I'm looking the get both the RB and Defender tinted over the summer
  15. I've just put a 3" system onto the RB and the main issue I had was space. The bend to the back box was either touching the wish bones, wishbone mounts or the diff casing because the gap it has to fit through is so tight After a bit of modification to the last pipe hanger all is good again
  16. was a top weekend, even althouth Sat was a wash out I still had fun! Managed to see most of the track action on the Sunday so pics are uploading as we speak. I took 600 pics over the 2 days so I might be here a while!
  17. agreed, a bit too much Ford for me, but then again some of his biggest "incidents" were in the Focus at the start lol
  18. that makes a huge difference... very nice!
  19. I've got to get me one of those
  20. That is a big hole! If someone got the number of the garage I'd be straight onto them demanding a new tyre
  21. it'll be expensive if it's just you though
  22. sorry to hear about that guys, sounds like a right tw*t I doubt I would have moved... lorry or no lorry. I wouldn't have been in any rush to go anywhere... especially if I had seen any of the antics forcing folk off the road 23 of you and only 1 of him.... why didn't somebody stop him?
  23. looks like a fantastic trip guys. gutted I'm stiff stuck offshore or I would have been there too that's shocking. Should have made a rolling road block and had a group beating
