  1. I normally get about 220 miles to a tank from mixed driving, so not too bad Used 1/4 doing 20 miles of back roads once though!
  2. and like all good grass's I can be bribed not too
  3. just finished the first one, so hopefully this will be just as good!
  4. I went to change just the back box from a Prodrive to a HKS and they were totally different lengths and the flanges were at different angles - so at a guess I would say no I don't know if fitting a different HKS box would work. I've got a Supperdragger and it's not much louder than the Prodrive box
  5. not used Magma myself but a few friends have with excellent results let me know how you get on as I'm looking the get both the RB and Defender tinted over the summer
  6. you would think it would be cheaper just to buy a bare shell and start from scratch. Hardly anything original goes back in again!
  7. I've always been told to drive with it in auto because it can think faster than you can - apparently I found the best way to play about with settings was on roundabouts - especially in the damp. I find my 320 corners far better in the wet with the diff in the mid orange settings than it does in auto. The closer you get it to being locked the better I find it is to get the back end out a bit if you feel like showing off, but it is still very controllable The power will never be shifted so much to the rear that it will cause problems... well at least I don't think t can - I'm only a little bit further up that learning curve than you are!
  8. Aye was me I'm doing well today. Passed 4 Impreza's and 3 of them waved at me first for a change.... must be the nice weather
  9. I've just put a 3" system onto the RB and the main issue I had was space. The bend to the back box was either touching the wish bones, wishbone mounts or the diff casing because the gap it has to fit through is so tight After a bit of modification to the last pipe hanger all is good again
  10. It's not all that bad, I've been offshore 5 years now and not had too many near death incidents Well there was that time the chopper almost ran out of fuel on the way back from Shetland, and the time a huge stilson wrench fell off the crane boom, and he time the FPSO I was on almost sank.... and... hang on I better stop or I'll not go back lol
  11. I mean on air that guy on the Viking was missing his big toe too!
  12. My pairents have been watching this and were horrified at what goes on. I had to assure them that what I do couldn't be further from the TV show They are all a bit mad, and I'm supprised no one has lost body parts yet
  13. was a top weekend, even althouth Sat was a wash out I still had fun! Managed to see most of the track action on the Sunday so pics are uploading as we speak. I took 600 pics over the 2 days so I might be here a while!
  14. I just use mine for putting up pictures and keep in touch when I'm offshore Even my two pet Dragons have bebo pages lol
  15. agreed, a bit too much Ford for me, but then again some of his biggest "incidents" were in the Focus at the start lol
  16. can't beat a bit of operation flashpoint
  17. that makes a huge difference... very nice!
  18. haha that's mad! You got that shot from just giving the car a push???
  19. I've got to get me one of those
  20. Congrats to both of you I found my girlfriend through a cruising website... well we met at a photoshoot and she was half naked on my bonnet Still trying to convince her to do the same with the RB 3 years later
  21. That is a big hole! If someone got the number of the garage I'd be straight onto them demanding a new tyre
  22. it'll be expensive if it's just you though
